We brought our recently purchased Kia into The Path Less Traveled for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Michael greeted us like we were family, and Dustin provided us with great customer service. Not only did we get a much needed oil change at a fair price, but Dustin pointed out a few other things we needed to make the car safe & reliable. He also showed my husband the old oil filter that was dated 3 years ago! He said hed work up a quote for the issues & email it to me. Dustin also found a leak from the transmission line which he tightened & will check for leaks next time, and went over the entire car for problems & all that was included in the service. I wish I would have known about them before I bought the Kia because The Path Less Traveled also does pre-checks for vehicles. Thank you, TPLT, for your good customer service & making me feel relieved to find a great shop to service my car.

I exclusively use The Path Less Traveled Automotive, when I need a Mechanic to work on my vehicles. I have used their services for years now & I would not even think about going anywhere else!! In fact, even when I bought a barely used vehicle with only 20,000 miles on it, I have never returned to the dealer for service. I go to "my mechanic", Michael!! I appreciate their honesty & always going the extra miles to be sure I understand the importance of keeping up on certain maintenance to keep my vehicles running well, etc. I fully recommend the Path Less Traveled, for repairs & maintenance of all your vehicles!!
