If I could write a review with less than 1 Star, I would. Took my car in because I was hearing a sound coming from the front end. Told them I suspected the front brakes. To make a long story a bit shorter, after 2 days in the shop they said that we needed new Front Lower Control Arms....OK. We paid $1,809.00 to have the work done which seems pretty expensive but we wanted the car to be safe to drive. The day after we picked up the car, the same noise was back. We took the car back and this time they told us a piece of plastic from the engine splash guard had broken off and was rubbing....OK...was that the sound we heard in the first place? If so why did we pay $1,809.00 to fix something else? Anyway, the noise was still there. Fearing an unsafe car, we took it to another shop who immediately told us we needed new front brakes. After that work was done weve never heard the sound again. Firestones incorrect diagnosis cost us a bunch of money and greatly endangered my family. I asked them for a partial refund and refused. When we reached out to their Corporate office, we were told we needed to work with the local owner....round and round we go. Anyway, I cannot recommend this shop.....in my opinion, if you incorrectly diagnose a problem, you should admit your mistake and make some kind of restitution to the customer. Obviously, Firestone does not agree with me.....

Had an issue with my AC and these guys told me that my AC was completely shot, leaks everywhere, and that I would need an entire new kit (cost around $1200-1500). I took my car to A Plus Auto Doctor in Mesa and they recommended a new compressor. Problem solved. This is the short story of course. I understand that this is only my perspective but my brother has taken his vehicle there, only to find out that these guys pull the same thing with him. Im not opposed to a business making a profit, especially mechanics cause its a tough business, but dishonesty is not the way to go. I drove around with no AC for 2 years cause of their diagnosis and for that, Im the fool for not getting a 2nd opinon, but you should be able to trust your local community businesses, as you try to support them. A Plus Auto Doctor is Mesa has been unbelievable for me!! Ask for Kevin.

I just went here to get some tires switched over from one set of rims to another and put on to my car. I was very pleased with the service throughout. I spoke to Colter on the phone who quickly got me a quote that was exactly what I paid when I walked out. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that installed the wheels, but he did a nice job putting them on and took the time to help me put my old wheel set and previous rims and tires back into my vehicle. This is only my first time here, but will definitely be happy to come back to if I need any future service. I highly recommend this location. Very professional and fairly priced.

Horrible. Showed up to get my alignment done for 80 dollars. They took forever looking at my vehicle, just to lower it and say my control arm bushings were bad and cant do my alignment unless they are replaced, or it will get messed up right when they lower it. Quoted me 2300 dollars to replace rubber bushings. Come to find out the bushings have nothing to do with your alignment. Took it to brakes plus immediately afterwards and they finished my alignment with no issues for 50 bucks and still running strong 2 months later with a warranty.

Friendly staff who enjoy their work. They were informative and let me know of the various costs of each service including worst case scenarios which didnt turn out to be needed. I was glad to be informed just in case. They were quick for the services performed and they werent pushy on things like air filters, though they did show me the level of dirt in the filters they let me decide what I wanted to do. They also told me ways to save money in the future on their services by bringing a competitors coupon. Good people and good service.

Good friendly people and a nice area, however, have to drop your review. Your tech said my vehicle was good to go after 1.5 hr alignment. Turd bag decided to accelerate my vehicle like it was his. Well you didnt do anything. You should be fired. Came to chandler firestone that knows how to do things right. Chandler also gives you the alignment sheet not just gives you a sorry excuse for not having one. Last time I will ever visit or come to this place. Waste of my time.

Had a issue with a former manager at this location. I had the owner call me and personally apologized. Not only that but since I had to pay for a service that was never rendered. They offered to have me bring my car in again have it checked out and replace a part for me. The new manager Mike was awesome! Im glad they changed the management of this location. I will definitely be recommending this place!

Best customer service Ive received in a very long time. Soooo glad I went there. I will always go back for anything I need fixed on my car. I appreciate businesses like this. Its never fun to deal with car problems but its nice to know there care and get the job done in a friendly environment. Very well recommend anyone that needs something repaired to go there. :)

Wow! Never have I EVER had customer service like this! Mike was real, upfront, and extremely helpful. I will definitely make the 40 minute drive to come to this location again and theres a Firestone less than a mile away from my house. Thank you guys! Car repairs are so stressful, so thank you for figuring out our problem and helping us out!

Con artists. Add this place to the long list of garages that take advantage of women. My wife took our Yukon there today for an oil change. The guy told my wife that "by law, you have to use synthetic oil in that vehicle." Of course, she didnt know any better, and paid through the nose for her oil change. Avoid this place.

Very busy shop, but in a good way. I usually drop off to avoid waiting, but the lobby is clean and comfortable. Ive had an issue or two, but they always address my concerns quickly and with no additional charge.

Prices are a bit high as they dont give options here on their tires. It just is what it is, no haggle, no room to save.
