Let me start by saying that I really like Derek and Daniel, so it pains me to have to give them such a negative review. But I have to be honest. And I would not recommend taking your vehicles to them to be fixed. I have taken 2 vehicles to ASE, and each time after they work on my vehicles, I leave with the same problem, and another problem on top of it. They wont own up to any problems caused by them. They pride themselves on displaying "Family owned and Operated" but their prices dont reflect on that. Their prices are right up there with big name auto shops. Believe me, I have priced them. I have spent thousands of dollars with them..and am very unsatisified.. My last visit with them, was the last straw. I was told that my car was good to drive, after they replaced a valve cover gasket. I got 5 miles down the road when it overheated on the freeway, So I had to get it towed back to them, and they told me that another gasket had blown.. and to top it off they told me that I should just junk my car..Wow..And to add insult to injury they charged me to have them tell me that..what a rip off..I am never going back to them, and would not recommend anyone to this place. My car could have been salvaged if they would have performed and diagnosed my car correctly to begin with.

We had a lot of trouble with getting an axle fixed on my husbands truck. First, they were unable to locate a used one that would fit the truck. So, my husband went out and got one, which unfortunately was sold to him as in working condition, but actually wasnt and needed repairs. ASE told us they could fix it. They had the truck for 3 weeks and when we finally got it back, the axle was making the same noise it had before it broke the first time! We took it straight back and they admitted that they rarely repair/rebuild axles and that they were sending us to a differential shop, which they should have done in the first place. The guys at the axle shop said that not only had ASE rebuilt the axle incorrectly, but that there were even more things wrong with it than we were initially told! ASE paid for the labor, but we had to foot the bill to fix and buy the parts needed to fix the axle that ASE said was good. Very frustrating. We wont be going back.

This shop has everything you would expect from a family owned small business. The kinda place where the Boss is the one to call you about every thing his mechanics find along the way. Took my car in for a coolant leak, got a quote, and when it turned out to be a lot worse... He had no problem with me finding my own parts. Of course I had them put them in and feel I got a great price on the labor. If I dont feel like fixing it myself... I will always bring my whips here

Beware. Sam the owner died and now his son is in charge. Ive been a loyal and happy customer for 4 years. Recently I brought my vehicle in and they didnt do anything they were supposed too. The son was rude and treated me like I was stupid. Fortunately I found a new place that was able to find and fix the problems. I was in danger driving. Sam wouldve never allowed that. Im furious and will never put my life in their hands again.

The fuel pump was starting to fail on my service van and Chevrolet diagnosed it. The repair cost quoted by the dealer was really high so I checked around and ASE gave a fair quote scheduled and completed the work timely. Thanks for the great service I will return in the future if I need service.
