Bought a car from this dealership in February 2016 after they had done a transmission flush. A month later, the transmission blew up. They wanted us to bring it back in so they can look at it, we did. They took it apart, looked at it, found that they never put fluid back into the trans and even admitted it over the phone. THEN tried to charge us money for their labor. They basically said "oh well, you bought it as is" What was the point of bringing it back?? To this day, weve had nothing but trouble with this car, and no, its still not running. Even after putting a new transmission in it. Horrible customer service too, everyone weve talked to and worked with after the trans problem was nothing but rude.

We stopped by on our way to SLC and found a truck we liked. After friendly staff handed over the keys and said take it for a ride, we did. Afraid we were going to miss out on something in SLC, we got on the road again. After three different dealerships in SLC accosted us with all sorts of unhelpful, unfriendly and forced information, I asked my husband if we could go back to the nice folks at Crandall Ford in Park City. We should never have wasted our time and the extra miles to check out the other vehicles. In the future, we will just stop and choose from Crandall and their no pressure, friendly staff. We are now enjoying a wonderful new pickup!

I have been going to Crandall Ford for everything from oil changes to broken tail lights to a failed transmission. I have always been taken care of and never taken advantage of here. They have never tried to upsell me on unnecessary work or persuade me in to expesive upgrades. Kyle has always been especially helpful in all of my troubles. He has gone out of his way to get me in under a time crunch and find me the best deal with replacements. Being new to the area it was a comfort that my car was not going to be a hassle. It truly does feel like a family business. I intend on being a loyal customer to Crandall Ford as long as I am in town.

Our purchasing experience with Crandall ford was great. We discussed buying a ford f150 several times with them before making our final decision. Basically we bugged the heck out of them. Their patience with us was something else. No pressure at all. when we finally made our purchase we were given help understanding the technology on the newer pickups. We never felt rushed with them. As for buying our new vehicles, Stan Peterson always gave us the best deal compared to the Valley dealerships. It has been a pleasure dealing with a family owned business who has been around for 65 years. We just purchased a new expedition for my wife and I plan to buy a new F150 pick up truck with in the next year and we plan to buy it from Crandall Ford.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Crandall (owner) himself, could not ask for a better experience. He was very professional and did not try to up sell me in anything I didnt want or need. The car I purchased had carfax and clean title waiting for me to review upon arrival to dealer. There were no games and he was direct and upfront with all information. Took my van in on a Wednesday morning. They didnt call me for 3 days with what was wrong. I had something so small and easy to fix and my warranty covered it, so I figured they could be fast at diagnostics and repair. Still havent even heard from them. When I call I get answer and leave messages and nobody calls me back. I never get a definite answer to my questions. Not too thrilled with this service department. I will go to SLC for any other repairs.

Blaine is amazing. I took my car in yesterday for what I expected to be a lower cost repair. I was quoted a price, then surprised when I arrived at the cashiers desk. However, I paid and left. The next morning I got a call back from Blaine (after we left a message) and now everything is squared away! So so awesome. They truly could have been totally different about it but he CHOSE not to be. Thank you!!

Had a bit of an incident with my car but didnt have the time to go anywhere before work. Got to Crandall about 40 minutes before close. The guy at the desk was awesome, came out and looked at the car, went back in and got a mechanic on the job. They were able to fix the problem before they closed. Having never gone there before (I do not own a Ford), Id definitely go back!

I love my new Escape!! We havent always been Ford fans, but that definitely has changed. Everything about my Escape feels and looks high quality and it drives like a dream. Crandall Ford is not your typical car dealership experience, that is always the worst part of buying a car, is the pressure from the salesmen, not the case here. We love STAN!!!
