The first time I went here to get an oil change my check engine light came on a few hours after. I took the car to auto zone where they told me it was an oxygen sensor near my air filter. I took it to another mechanic who snapped something back in place and it worked. The next time I needed an oil change I took it somewhere else and had no issues. Today I took my car into the same Burt Brothers as I did the first time ( the location is within walking distance of my job so its convenient to not have to wait). I told the employee as soon as I walked in about the issue I had last time they changed my oil, I asked her to make sure that everything was connected properly this time. She proceeds to argue with me about how it wasnt possible that they caused the issue last time, the location of my everything under my hood, etc..... I just let it be and allowed them to do the oil change. A few hours later guess what happened..... yep the check engine light came on. I take it back to Burt Brothers I explain exactly what happened last time I had this issue. She aimlessly looks around the hood of car , runs a diagnostic (the same error that came up the first time they changed my oil comes up again). She proceeds to tell me how amazing the mechanics are there (shes only worked with them a few months) and how they couldnt have possibly caused the issue. I now have to take my car somewhere else to fix what the employees at this location are too dumb to realize that they messed up in the first place. They are denying they caused the issue yet this has happened twice now to me, and both times have been immediately after they have serviced my car.... Dont go to the Highland drive location unless you want to waste time and deal with idiots.

Quoted a flat rate price for alignment and they wanted nearly triple the quoted price for additional parts they say were necessary. They replaced my daughters tires but failed to notice the brakes needed to be replaced. I took it to Hillside Goodyear who told me they couldnt get the tires off without a key for the locking nuts. WTF. Rich at the store says he gave them to us but neither my daughter or I received any tire key from them. They lost it. We took it back to them to look at the brakes and they wanted $400.00+ just for pads and turning the rotors. He also wanted me to pay another $32.00 to get a new set of locking nuts. I told them to leave the locking nuts off and I would get replacements for that. I told them to lock the keys in the car and we would come by to get it and take it somewhere else. My daughter just picked it up to bring it down to my work shop and to my surprise they didnt give me back my nuts. They also broke the plastic lock pull on the driver side. Really? This is ridiculous beyond belief. DO NOT GO THERE or you too might find yourself overcharged and missing parts. UPDATE: They have lost 4 plastic wheel nut covers as well. Jake the manager gave me the sorry BUT routine. "We always try to do our best" blah, blah, blah. If your best is losing the tire key, losing nut covers, breaking lock stems, etc. then your best is less than desirable. Quoting me 7+ dollars for each nut as your "cost" when I purchased 4 replacements at $3.50 each at Pep Boys also smacks of nickle and diming a customer youve already inconvenienced.

Best place in town to get your vehicle serviced or repaired. Burt Brothers has very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that will get the job done in a timely and the least out of pocket expense they can find for you. They will apply deals or coupons that they are running currently without me even mentioning it. They always try to give me the best deal possible . They are definitely the most honest people in the business. Jake is an absolute stud, he is extremely personable and friendly. He treats you just like your family, with patience and respect. He has surrounded himself with wonderful staff who are great people as well, Lance, JT, Travis, Cameron, Kielana to say a few. Some of the best mechanics in town. They will give you recommendations on things that should be serviced or repaired to your vehicle to keep in tip top shape. They make you aware of any possible problems that are with your vehicle and leave it up to you to fix it now or later, they are not pushy sales people . We have 8 vehicles that they keep up and on the road for me and my business and have done a fantastic job with them all. We have been using them for over 10 years now and are very satisfied with all their work. They are hands down the best Car doctors around and i highly recommend giving them a shot at winning your business.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a repair shop. Disorganized, rude, and in the end they didnt fix the problem! My 17 year old took his car there because the previous owner of his car upgraded the ac unit and fuel pump but Burt Brothers put the wrong pump in and it needed to be changed so it didnt lose power while driving and using ac and we were going to have safety and emissions done as well. They said it would be 1-2 days. After 3 days of different stories of ordering parts and the wrong hoses, they still hadnt touched the car to repair or run the tests. Got the run around every time I called and finally was told it was ready to be picked up. In the end the "technician" told me they didnt need parts at all and were able to make adjustments to the carburetor. Still not sure why for 3 days they said they were ordering parts of it didnt need them. When we picked up the car, they hadnt done the testing, the employees were rude and the car wouldnt run right. Had a mechanic friend look at it and they had unhooked hoses and not put them back. They dont treat customers right and they sure didnt seem to know anything about cars. I recommend you stay clear of this company unless you want to push your car home!

I called to schedule an appointment for my brakes. I knew something wasnt right but didnt know exactly what. I asked the guy who answered the phone worst case scenario how much is this going to cost. He told "if we have to replace all four brake pads $189.00" Awesome! So I take it for my appointment the next week. They call me an hour later and say "we need to replace all the two front brake pads, do (something I dont remember with the rotars) and flush your brake fluid so its $411.00" I said yeah probably not do the front brake pads right now and Ill make another appointment for the rest. I go to pay and its somehow amazingly $215.00. I asked and of course he had no idea how the first guy came up with $189.00. I need my car back obviously so I have to pay. I get in my car and my tire pressure light is on. This is a tire and brake place and they didnt even put air in my tire. Even when you go for an oil change they put air in your tire. Will not be going back.
