This is my first time of ever rating someone like this. On August 3, 2014 while traveling on freeway in Lehi we hit something that caused a rear tire to blow. This is Sunday afternoon when most tire shops are closed. We have a costco membership, so my husband says call costco and lets go there and get a new tire. Our car is less than a year old so tires still have a lot of tread on them. We have always been very happy with costco. I called and the salesmen didnt ask anything about our car just said, "so you know, I wont sell you anything but 4 tires". "REALLY", we have 3 good tires and he tells us we have to spend over $400 for tires we dont need. We went to Wal-Mart within a hour and a half we were back on the freeway on our way home. Thanks so much for all your help costco."NOT"

I am not one to write a bad review. I decided to do it because I would warn a friend not to go to Costco Tire Center (198 N 1200 E Lehi, Utah). I had a tire blow on I-15 today. I went to Costco to get it fixed. The guy at the desk tells me he has to change all 4 tires! When the others have been replaced recently and in good condition. I went to Les Schwab which is literally in the same parking lot. They changed just ONE tire for me!!!! And Les Schwabs tires didnt cost as much as Costco. I am glad I went to Les Schwab and they were kind to me.

they have really bad customer service though out the whole store from the people running the fast food to the front customer service desk. the people at the front were you get your memberships are really slow so you need to wait for a while until they can help you and they dont have a good attitude to answer things. its not there fault most of the time is the managements fault for not knowing how to run a big store at its top performance with great customer service.

After being put on hold and routed back to the main line at least once they finally picked up only to tell me that to make an appointment I had to go online and to hang up very abruptly. Well the thing is online it specifically tells you to call them ahead of time to make sure your tires are in stock. But after all that I wasnt going to bother even trying. Taking our business elsewhere.

Costco is a great place to go and do our shopping the employees are great, they sale in bulk (reminder), but a lot of the customers can be jurcks some people just need to be patience yes management could do a better job but over all Costco is a great place to shop !★★★★★★★★★★

Wait times are ridiculous. This last time I came in I waited for just under 3 hours for a simple rotation and balance on a week day morning. I love costco for everything else but for the love of everything that is holy save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
