You know that feeling when you dont understand vehicles and you dont trust a soul that does? I bought a lemon and I was devastated because I realized how much money I lost buying it or how much I might lose fixing it. I moved to Draper and looked up the closest European auto specialist and decided rather than donate the car to good will, Id give Kevin Medina a shot. My experience has been next to none! He calmed my fears about the amount of repairs that my car needed and never up sold me. Kevin was honest and open with an uneducated auto owner. I brought my car back when I accidentally ripped the bumper off and I only asked Kevin to check that the radiator tube was unaffected (knowing that he doesnt do body work) he stayed up till 11 pm the night before I needed my car putting my whole bumper together again!!! It looks brand new! He constantly goes above and beyond and it feels like I have a mechanic in my family! I would never go anywhere else! Thanks Kevin and Elite Auto!

I recently took my car into Elite Auto for some repairs that needed to be done before my car could be registered. They understood the urgency for me to get my car in. They worked with my busy schedule and even offered a loaner car for me to use so that I wasnt without a car. I loved that! Another reason I will be returning to Elite Auto in the future is I can trust them to give me honest answers to my questions and give me all my options. I never felt like they were trying to talk me into getting something "fixed" that didnt need to be done or trying to up sell me. And finally, the staff at Elite Auto were courteous and respectful. Their concern to be sure my vehicle was safe and running efficiently was assuring to me. Its great to know I have a mechanic I can trust with all my vehicles!

What a great experience I had with Elite Auto! I am always somewhat suspicious of auto repair guys and shops, mostly because Im not familiar with cars and I feel some shops give this industry a bad name (dealer). However, shortly after taking my Audi in for what I suspected would be an explanation I didnt understand, and would be overcharged for, I met the owner and his team and was immediately set at ease. They walked me through my cars issues and gave me a fair and comprehensive estimate with timetables of the most important services. I highly recommend the Elite Auto team and will continue to return to them for my car repair needs.

My original post after my first visit is below. Now I have taken my car back a second time and Im even more impressed with Elite. This time I had major work that was needed and although they had to keep my car longer than anticipated Kevin completely made it up to me and went over and above what would be required. He did this not once but TWICE on the repair. I HIGHLY recommend ELITE with multiple visits and the same great honest service each time. Original review - Great service and they have factory diagnostic equipment. They know BMWs very well. Also willing to work with customer on parts pricing. Great find.

No one I knows enjoys auto repairs, but next time I have an repair/maintenance issue, it just might put a smile on my face. Kevin was absolutely great to work with! We had an out of town family emergency that required some work to be done on our X5 before heading out on a long road trip, Kevin was flexible enough to fit me in the next day so my family could attend the funeral on time. Kevin also provided me shuttle service so I did not have to sit around his shop all day. I absolutely would recommend Elite Auto to anyone! Great customer service!!

I am amazed at their honesty. The $125 fee to diagnose the problem was well worth it as several mechanics spent hours trying to figure out a complicated problem with my BMW Z3. But when they determined a loose battery connection sent the computer system into fits, they tightened the terminal and reset the system. To my amazement and delight, they stuck to their word and charged me only $125 as promised. This was my first interaction with them. I will now be a customer for life.

Best experience I have had getting a vehicle repaired & maintained. I have always taken my vehicle to the BMW Dealer. From now on I will be taking all of my vehicles to Kevin at Elite Auto Specialists in Draper. Over the years I have tried many other shops in the area and they did not have experience with foreign vehicles. They tried, but not having experience with BMW vehicles, cost me time & money. Highly recommend using Elite Auto Specialists. Theyve always been honest and transparent, and very timely. And more affordable than the Audi dealership. The owner himself (Kevin) has driven me back home after dropping my car off (when my wife wasnt able to pick me up). Just the absolute best. Best customer service. Best and highest quality of work. Fast but very thorough and efficient. Transparent. From the crew in the back working on the vehicles to the front desk just the absolute best and I worked with them multiple times. Upfront and honest. I bought a Mercedez Benz with a rebuilt title and I have been having it serviced here for several months. I have been beyond happy with the service. Kevin is very honest and has even done a couple things at no charge. Kevin is definitely busy, so its best to go to the shop when you need him, but he is always so helpful and willing. I would definitely recommend this mechanic to everyone!

Elite Auto Specialists do an excellent, professional job on all of their work. Theyve worked on two cars of mine now, my Ford Fusion and my Subaru WRX. I took my Fusion to the ford dealership and they told me that my Electric power steering was out (Which is $1,200). Took it to Kevin at Elite, they found the fault in the wiring and I was on my way for a couple hundred bucks!

Amending my spouses review. Great customer service. Very helpful. A little higher prices but for quality products. When the owner calls to work with you, you know its a quality shop. Thankful for the owner Kevin and the employees, including Kat at the front, who are helpful and willing to work with their customers (even when we dont own a nice European car)!
