Matt and his team are top notch professionals and go the extra mile to take excellent care of their clients. I found them after the mechanic I was using went out of business and Ive been amazed by how helpful and honest they are. The lead mechanic, Mike, is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics Ive ever met and explains whats going on in a way thats easy to understand. So far Ive used them to replace my transmissions, struts, brakes and to balance and rotate my wheels/tires. To say that Im impressed is a huge understatement. These guys will be the only ones working on my car from now on. Here is an example of one experience I had with them: My car was making a terrible knocking sound and it had something to do with the clutch. Mike told me what he thought it was, gave me a price and all was in line for me to pick my car up the next day. It turned out that when he got into it, my transmission was shot (which I pretty much already knew since it was auto-shifting out of 5th gear on the highway). He found the remnants of what used to be my fifth gear while draining the gear oil... Instead of doing all the work themselves to find the transmission, Mike got me involved in calling around with him to help find a used or rebuilt one. This impressed me on so many levels because you know that a company is not going to over-charge you when your talking directly to the companies that are going to be supplying the parts. Plus I learned a lot about what goes into a rebuild, what questions to ask, etc. Mike ultimately found a company locally to rebuild the transmissions for a great price and then made the company stick to that price afterwards when they tried to tell him it was going to be more. Very awesome!! Another thing that impressed me was that the people I was talking to (while hunting for a transmission) typically asked me who my mechanic was and when I told them Freeway Tire Pros in AF, they all knew who I was talking about and it was like: "Oh good, those guys know what their doing and will take excellent care of you.". Thats a huge vote of confidence!! In conclusion, these guys are the real deal and you will be very happy with their work.

My daughters 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara had a sever oil leak. We werent sure where the leak was coming from but the problem needed some attention. We also needed to replace the CV axles. I have been a little weary about auto repair shops lately from some past bad experiences. I dont live very close to Freeway Tire Pros, but was referred by an acquaintance. I took to the car to Freeway Tire Pros and they quickly replaced the axels at which I asked them to diagnose the oil leak. They went to a lot of effort to clean the under carriage first and went to every extent to correctly research the oil leak issue. They called me promptly to go over in depth their findings and importantly their approach to diagnose the problem. I so much appreciated their effective communication. In this age where the economy is not at its best, it is important to find an auto repair shop that one can trust. I have used other repair shops and many times have left feeling that maybe I wasnt told the honest story and/or problems not being fully resolved. This is not the case with my experience with Freeway Tire Pros. Matt and his team went the extra mile in taking care of all our needs. Their service was quick, effecient and extremely professional. I will definelty be using Freeway Tire Pros for service on our other 4 cars (I have teenagers) going forward, even if it means driving a little farther to do so.

I just called this store to check on some prices for some basic tires. I had already called a few other places and had a general idea of what price range they would be in. I told the associate that I had some prices and that I wanted to see if they could beat them to which he replied, "I dont really care." He looked up his prices and they were dramatically higher then what I was seeing anywhere else. I told him, "Well, thats a little more than what Im seeing elsewhere." He answered by saying, "Okay, thats fine, goodbye." Overall, it seems that this associate was not interested in my business and he came off as very unfriendly and impolite. Even though I was only looking to make a small purchase, I feel that I should still be treated with the respect that Freeway Tire Pros competitors all gave me when I called with the same question.

Freeway Tire Pros are extremely knowledgeable. I trust them with all my vehicles! I get all my tires and mechanical problems fixed from them. Mike, the head mechanic, does a great job. He knows what he is doing and does it the right way, no shortcuts! I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. They are honest and tell you exactly the problem. They dont try to sell you things you dont need. Matt and his employees have outstanding customer service and do a spectacular job. I have never had a bad experience with Freeway Tire Pros. They get the job done correctly in a timely matter. Im a satisfied customer.

This is a wonderfully run business and very professional place to go to for quick, inexpensive tire repairs, or for a new set of tires altogether. What I really like about this place is that I know I’m getting the best service because they take their time to make sure everything is done correctly the first time to save me time in the future from having to come back multiple times for re-services. There are no shortcuts taken by these guys and seem to be very responsible in their work. Tip: Use their website to look at prices of tires that are specific to your car.

I blew out my tire the other day and really needed to get it fixed quickly. Since I work very close by, Freeway was a very convenient choice. The employees were able to find me a used tire that matched the tread wear of the other three, saving me $$$. When it came time to pay they gave me a great deal! I was very happy with the service, as I was the first time I dealt with them. I have related my experience with several of my coworkers and encouraged them support this business, as I will continue to do. Thanks for getting me back on the road fast!

The website has a way to shop certain tires that you want based on the make, model and year of your car; this is a great way to get exactly what you want but based on the selection that is available. They also show exactly the services they provide for their costumers; each of these tabs explains exactly what to look for if there seem to be issues and right from there you can request a quote. They provide a variety of coupons up to a certain date, which is great for people that want a bargain when shopping for tires or services.

What amazing service!! We were on our way home from a funeral and our tire went flat on the freeway. We made it to Tire Pros right as they were closing. The Manager Cory totally helped us out! They didnt have the tire in stock, so he called around for us, found the tire and then drove my husband 7 miles to the store to get the tire. He then brought the tire back and put it on for us. All of this was done for us after hours!! What incredible service. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Cory!
