Their actual service to my car was great, which is why I didnt want to leave a scathing review, but my car was hit while it was in their care. Now its not the first bump or dent on there but I felt like because of that fact, I wasnt taken very seriously. They did try to figure out if any of their own employees hit it, but they came to the conclusion that since they didnt have any white cars in their care that would have hit it, that the only possible person that couldve hit it was their delivery guy. The gentleman who helped me (Corey I think) I do believe tried his best to find me answers but at the same time seemed sort of at a loss as well. I felt overall like they were suspicious that I was trying to commit some sort of insurance fraud, but Im positive I did not leave my car with them with that dent already there. Ive been told that I shouldve made a report right there and then, but since it is an older car, with other bumps and such, Im not to concerned with the actual damage- but rather how the situation was treated. I believe in my last phone call with them, he said "we dont know who bumped your car." And to me it felt like he was simply trying to downplay what had happened. It was no bump and I understand that it wasnt like they ripped off the bumper either, but the trunk was a little popped out- it was a dent, please acknowledge what happened to my car.

I agree with Kris, David treated me very well and I have continued to go there for all my automotive services. However, They have a new manager, Randall. The mechanics still do an excellent job, but Randall has yet to give me the quality customer service Im used to at this branch. My car was not ready by the time he gave me. It was late by an additional half hour! (after leaving it there for 4hrs for a simple oil change and a tire plug) And he talks to me like I dont know anything. I hope this changes because I dont want to take my business elsewhere. One more odd thing, whenever I asked about David or the other former manager, Oliver, Randall would have no idea who I was talking about. Hopefully the customer service gets better. As far as the automotive services, they are excellent.

My car died on me when I was leaving the airport and my insurance dropped my car off here. Unfortunately it was on Sunday and they werent open. The part of town is kind of sketchy so I was worried leaving my car outside over night. Everything was okay though. They called and found it was my alternator. They got the parts the same day and had it to me the next. I didnt get a call saying it was done though. I just called them to see how it was doing and they said its been ready. The car is working great. They told me what the cost would be before going to work so I appreciate that. In the end, Im happy with the service. Its right across the street from Trax too so that was nice.

Dont get me wrong I had a BIG big issue with this place recently, but I talked to the manager and she was fantastic. She worked it out with me and went above and beyond to solve my problem. So grateful. This place usually has pretty good prices which is why I started coming here. I would say to make sure you dont have the issues i did that if your car is making a sound make sure they understand there is a problem and dont let them tell you otherwise. Record the sound if you can because mine would stop and start randomly. Also if you see a lot of cars dont go. Go when they arent distracted by other things and youll come out just fine.

I bought a lifetime tire rotation and wheel alignment when I bought my tires about five months ago. I go in to get my tires rotated and aligned, and they told me they would not align my wheels until I get my rack and pinion fixed. They wanted a little over a thousand dollars for the job. They charge $110.00 per hour for labor. The steering fluid in my car is full and I have not noticed any problems with the steering or play in the steering wheel. I feel as though they are really trying to manipulate people into over paying for car repairs they dont need yet. I would not recommend this Firestone! The customer service was good.

Took my vehicle in for a wheel bearing replacement. Quick and honest diagnosis. Work completed earlier than expected. Vehicle runs very smooth now. Randy, the manager, was very helpful and courteous. The service technicians were spot on in locating the problem and did an excellent job fixing it. I have been a regular at Firestone for over twenty years and will continue to be one. As someone from out of town, I chose this location from many in the area - and happy I did. I would highly recommend this location and will be returning myself. As an added bonus, there is a TRAX stop right across the street.

I was there for uber car inspection, I drove more than 10 miles to get there. I had an appointment for 6 oclock. I got there at 5:45. I went to the front desk and the guy I talked to said they will have to reschedule my appointment because they have 2 cars I front of me to work on. The way they serve their customer is not right. I will never come back to this place. This place sucks. Look for other better options to get your car fixed.

I love this location! They do an amazing job. I have a 2002 Honda Accord and Ive been going here for about a year now and they help me out a lot. I have been having so many issues with my vehicle and they do the diagnosis really fast, they work with me on the pricing, they provide discounts when I dont ask. Jake and Corey (Manager) are amazing and very helpful! I WOULD recommend bringing your vehicle here!

Bought my tires here a while back and I got the whole free tire rotation package for the life of the tires. Long story short I prefer to go anywhere else but here to get that service that I paid for done. I make appointments so that when I get there theyll see me right away YEAH RIGHT!!!! Be prepared to wait or not. Anywhere else theyll do tires rotation for 14.99 in 20 min or less.

Car repairs have always stressed me out! But I cannot say enough great things about this location and their staff. They are friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest with their cost of work. They have never tried to oversell me on anything or charge ridiculous prices for labor fees. If you are looking for a new place to take your car, this is it!

Called Firestone asked if they had time for flat repair, they told me come on down. I arrived and was told 30-45 minutes, an hour later still nothing. I asked the desk guy how long he said they only had one guy in the back, so three guys bullshitting in the office and one working in the back. Needless to say customer service is bad.
