I have been using this shop for approx. 10 years now. They have always been convenient and quick. Unfortunately, over the last few years I have seen a rapid decline with their business ethic. After my most recent visit (last week), i feel their customer service was horrible. There is a HUGE lack of integrity. Two separate service people gave me completely different estimates. Frankly, when they tell you its a free evaluation to find out what the problem is, beware, because it was not. One gentleman stated approx $200-$275 for services. They ran the "free" test, and called me to say my vehicle needed further diagnostics $$$. Basically, when all said and done, the service manager phones me to say my spark plugs needed changed and that would run me $398...WHAT, $398 for 8 plugs @ $12 a plug. The exact plug the dealer uses, that is ridiculous! I suggest you walk right across the street, purchase your own parts and do it yourself. so long, C&R.

DEAR LACY,I have been a customer at C&R TIRE since they opened 14 years ago,I would not take my car anywhere else in the valley and I have recomended dozens of people in that time frame of which all of them have gone out of there way to thank me for my recomendation.I think you are just another typical phoenix transplant that doesnt get there way so they go out of there way to try and destroy someone elses character.I happen to know that they offer the best warranty in the valley,2years or 24,000 miles on all parts and labor and that they do not offer any FREE diagnostics,they are not the cheapest repair facility in the valley they are the BEST.I believe that everyone who knows you know your just an unhappy complainer and that they put no stock in your opinion,C&R TIRE keep up the good work ill keep refer my friends to you.

Ralph and his crew are the best!! I have been taking my car to C&R since the day I bought it. I put a lot of miles on my car, so Ralph keeps an eye on everything for me! He lets me know when something will need to be repaired in the future so that I can save up, and know what to expect when its time. It really makes a difference to have a great mechanic that keeps an eye on stuff, and makes sure everything is in good working order. They are also great about loaning me a car so that I can work, or do what I need to do while my car is being serviced. One day I drove out of my parking spot, and saw a huge puddle of anti-freeze on the ground. I called Ralph, and he had me come in right away and they took care of it! They treat you right, and get the job done at a fair price! I highly recommend C&R Tire!!

I have been taking my car to C&R for many years. I have always had excellent service and have been treated with integrity and excellent business ethics. Once I asked them to service my air condition. The shop person asked if I had been experiencing any problems. Told him no and his response was "why do you want to fix something that isnt broken"? Any other place would have jumped at the chance to take advantage of me. This company also worked diligently to get a replacement for a part that had been engineered incorrectly. Took 18 months to get a re-engineered part from Japan, but C&R finally succeeded.

I am very happy with the experience that I got from them. Had my power steering lines replaced and car is running amazing now. I had also shown up early before they opened so I went to get breakfast. They noticed my car and called me to check to see if I was there and ready to get help. I was amazed at how organized they are and the online service they offer made it quick since I had put in my request the day before. I was able to get my started on right away and they helped with a ride to work for me as well. I will definitely be thinking of them for future work on my cars. Thank you

I get "free" oil changes for my vehicles from the dealership - but I MUCH prefer to use C&R. Their service is prompt, honest, reliable and efficient. Their prices are excellent - though I dont care what their prices are because their service is so good. I came in the first time on my way to Disneyland with my family in my SUV.....we picked up a screw in my tire. They fixed it immediately though they were busy - and would not accept payment! That is such a nice and rare thing these days. I wont go anywhere else for my oil, tires and maintenance needs.

Happy with my two experiences... Had been to 3 other tire dealers and was given high prices for two front tires for my jag. When I went to C&R they looked at tires and said - there is lots of tread left - you dont need tires just yet. When I came back months later with a screw in the tire - bought 2 new front tires at significantly lower price than other quotes. Service and friendliness at shop was great. They also have someone on staff who can repair jags (a must if you own a older jaguar)... Thanks -- will go back and recommend to others.

brought my truck to these guys last december to fix my brakes.....they have done the work twice...and my brakes are still broken 830 bucks later refused warrenty work plus bought a tire from them...wouldnt even put it on This is a update from my last post- the tire these guys just sold me came off the rim a week after i bought it!!! HORRIBLE this place is the worst shop i have ever been into i am reporting these yahoos to the bbB SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND THE RUDENESS OF THERE EMPLOYEES AND YOUR MONEY DO NOT TRUST THERE WORK!!!!!

These guys are great! I lucked out by finding a Groupon that led me to them and now couldnt be happier. Since moving to the valley two years ago, I have tried a few different auto shops without much satisfaction or reassurance. However, C&R Tire always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, but never push for additional repairs that arent within your request. Exceptional service, good people and great prices. I will be sticking with these guys for the long haul.

I have been using C & R on Tatum since they opened some 15 years ago for all 4 of my vehicles. I trust that they always do the right thing and look out for my families safety. Recently I took one in as there was a chirping noise when I stepped on my brakes. Jamie at C&R informed me that there was still plenty of pad left on my brakes and cleaned them for free. A less honest shop might not be so forthcoming. Thanks to all the staff for years of support, keep up the good work.
