I went in about a week ago to get a tire mounted that I had in my storage. The tire was in the storage for about a month and came off my car perfectly fine. After about 15-20 minutes of me sitting in the waiting room the "mechanic" comes out and says to his boss quietly so he didnt think I would hear it "you gotta back me up on this one." The guy comes over and tells me I have a bulge in my sidewall and that I need to buy a new tire. So I told them I am not buying a new tire and i will ride on my spare and buy a tire from somewhere else. My friend gave me a second opinion (his family owns mechanics shop) he told me that Jones probably caused the bulge in the side wall by mounting the tire incorrectly or intentionally doing it. I guess the only good thing i have to say is they didnt charge me anything... but I ended up wasting another $90 on a tire because of these guys. I went to this place because they had good reviews but dont let that fool you. I will never go to this shop again and am telling all my friends/family what happened.

I am single mom and relay on my car to be able to provide for my children, So when it comes to needing to find a reliable shop who wont jerk me around gets hard. Well I took my jeep in for a problem with the coolant system I was told previously I just needed a flush hence why I took it in to andersons for something so simple. Well i got a call 1 hour later saying a flush wont fix the problem that i needed to replace the clutch fan (Which doesnt make NO sense with the coolant system) they said I HAD to and that they were suprised i wasnt over heating yet. Well being in desperate need of my car back I said ok sense they said that was for sure the problem.I paid over $300 dollars for 2 things to be done to last one whole day! My car is now back to leaking coolant threw the radiator cap and ive talked to several other mechanics who said the clutch fan had nothing to do with the coolant system its clear here that they took advantage of a single desperate mother to make money.

Its rare for me to give a 5 star review, so this one is important! I spend an inordinate amount of time in auto shops in my opinion. I choose to do more regular (every other month) service on my vehicles, instead of one big and costly service. So, instead of spending $1000 for a major mileage service, I space them out over the course of a couple months. We have taken our Volvo to Jones (was Anderson) for a couple years and Ive been pleased with everything. In 2014, we had both front struts replaced. In 2016, we had our radiator replaced at a different, closer shop. That shop indicated that part of the front left strut assembly was placed incorrectly, causing noise. Jones jumped right on this after I called. They got me in on my schedule, determined that was not the issue, yet warrantied the work anyway, replacing both struts for free. Nate called me a few times to give updates, which is really important to me. He and his team are great to work with.

And let me tell you, you receive this service here. Greg and Nate assisted me, and they are AMAZING!! They deserve way more than 5 stars! I needed help with a friends car & my car. They helped me with both! Nate was so genuine, and helped me understand what I needed to know. He did not instantly try to "sale" me into something. He was very nice and made sure I understood why my car needed some work. Same with Greg! He was so helpful and so kind. Its just a wonderful atmosphere when you walk in. To be honest, I found them on Google. I did not hesitate to call after I read all the reviews. So If your car needs any work, go here! Im never going anywhere else. You have a customer for life!! We had an old car that kept having trouble. Originally another mechanic told us we would need to replace the alternator, a $300 fix. We took it to Jones Complete Car Care, and they looked it over for free and told us that replacing the alternator was unnecessary. About 2 days later the car died on us (not terribly surprising for a 94 with 264k miles) and we had it towed to Jones. They checked it and drove it around (it started right up for them) and they couldnt find anything wrong. We went to pick it up and it wouldnt start again. So they immediately went out and started looking for the problem. They found the problem and didnt charge us for figuring it out. We also had them trip check our other car, which they ALSO did free of charge. Their prices for services that weve had in the past are fair, and you could not ask for better customer service at a car shop! Would recommend this guys 10 times out of 10!

I bought 4 new tires for my CRV here about 2.5 years ago, with road hazard coverage. Last week, my rear driver tire pressure was low, and after filling it and having it go low again, I decided to take it in to have it repaired if possible. They found the tire damage was unrepairable, and the tires I had were discontinued. They looked for any that might be around at other shops. Finding none, they found a good match from their inventory, and due to the road hazard coverage, I paid less than 40 for the new tire, installation, and renewed road hazard coverage. I used the tires on dirt and gravel roads this week with no noticeable difference in performance between the two brands.

Bought some wheels for my jeep from these guys, were really nice ended up financing the wheels through the no credit check place. Got the wheels ordered. A few days later I ended up needing to cancel them, went in and told them but they said "sorry these wheels are non-refundable." I told them that I was never told that because I would not have gone through with it their only reply "oh, oops I thought I told you...." ultimately they wouldnt do anything about it. They partner with a "finance" company that gives you no access to an online account management so you just have some random company deducting money from your account once a month.. Not pleased with these guys

These guys are great at what they do there always honest with us and serve us with a smile and "can do" attitude we regularly have our 98 chevy truck serviced here (oil changed, new tires and rotation) and there always able to get us taken care of the same day and keep our vehicles running great, we also like the fact that we deal with the same group of guys all the time so they know us and our truck which is especially helpful when we need new parts or extensive repair, we put a lot of miles on our 98 chev (200,000k+) and this is the only shop we trust to take it too we are customers for life and highly recommend Nate, Greg and the team at Jones complete car care,
