Bought my tires Fire Stone Roy UT Store and got hazard warranty on them along with balance, tire rotation and alignment. Been going in there for over a year with a low tire light and they never took my tires off and put it in a bunk tank to see where my slow leak was…. just use a spray bottle and couldn’t find it and said it was the low tire sensor and put more air in to turn it off! So I let my tire go down where I had to put air in it to see what tire it was. This time I said I wanted to see it put in a dunk tanks and they found it with a spray bottle. But said it was out of the repairable zone and couldn’t fix it by company policy/standards also out of hazard warranty my tires need replacing. The technician/mechanic pushed up my run running boards with the lift twice and bent them. Had them put air in my tire and took to a reputable place to get it fixed. Went to their competitor Schwab Tire Store and they fixed it for free and measured tire tread said got a way to go before tire replacement recommend. They also found leak was not out of a repairable zone…. not happy with Roy Fire Stone Store. At this point in time since I’ve been dealing with them for quite a while now I really can’t even give them a one star rating.

I have worked on cars for a long time. I like the guys here, they seem to know what is going on, and they seem to try to be upfront. I have a lifetime alignment warranty and I love it. The guys will tell me what is wrong, tell me what needs to be fixed, and offer their services. I usually fix my issues myself, but I appreciate that they are willing to inform me of problems I had a bad experiance with another tire/car care place where my tires wore badly and they wouldnt warranty them saying that I didnt get the tires and alignment at the same time. I came to Firestone to get it aligned and they said "I wont even try to align this, your front-end has so much play it would be stupid to try." My tires had worn because the other idiots didnt take the time to check why it was out. I replaced the worn parts, got a lifetime alignment warranty and tires from them and have been driving happy since. Thanks Firestone!

I bought a lifetime alignment from them on my car for $160. After dealing with them a few times, I would rather pay $100 every time that I need an alignment then continue to deal with the BS That goes on here. Today I went in for an alignment appointment I had set a week ago, and when I got there and told the man at the front desk I was there for my appointment he gruffly told me that he would have to reschedule my appointment since there was a repair man working on his alignment machine, and it still wasnt fixed after several hours. He didnt express any sympathy or tell me sorry he could have cared less that they had put me out. I had a scheduled appointment and they knew the machine wasnt going to be fixed in time for my appointment, but they didnt bother to give me a call and let me know. Dont waste your time going here. Youll get screwed out of time and money. I can guarantee it.

I recently had 3 tires replaced under warranty. I was extremely happy that I had the Warranty and would not have to purchase new tires a full price, or so I thought. After Warranting the Tires and adding frivolous charges, such as mount, balance, balance material and valve stems; the price was the same as if I didnt have the Warranty. In anticipation of the "valve stem" charge, I marked them so I could visually determine if they had actually been changed. After the service work had been done, (which took over 3 hours to do) I contested the Valve stem charge until I could verify they had actually been changed. After PROVING they had charged me without providing the products I had paid for, ( IE- STEALING FROM ME) They offered a Free oil change coupon. Which I took, but am afraid to use for fear they will botch that also. I plan to never go back there, and suggest others avoid them also.

The front desk was nice enough, but very poor service. I came in for oil change, tire rotation, balance and front end alignment, which all were covered under lifetime agreement purchase except for the oil change of course. Was told it would take about an hour and a half at the most. Came back three hours later and not only has the work not been done, the car was never even moved from the spot I parked it. Since I had to get back to work and could not wait or arranged another ride, I could not use a service that I already paid for. My recommendation would be, make the trip to Burt Brothers.

I was driving from Alabama to Canada when my AC went out. I called Firestone, because that is who I use at home for car repairs. They were completely booked the next day, but when I explained my situation, they told me they would help me. Keith and Daniell were awesome at explaining what happened and getting it fixed in the quickest and least expensive way. It is a small waiting room, but they had fresh popped popcorn, a water cooler, a nice TV, and free wifi. I was able to keep on working all during my repair. This was a great experience from what could have been a disaster.

I should have looked here before I went. You can tell a place is no good when there are no customers. I agree it took a long time to get a simple inspection done. In years past Id be in and out in no time. They went over every nook and cranny for two hours... and It was obvious they wanted to find things wrong with my truck so they could make more money off me. I should have known... oh well lesson learned. Go to a place that doesnt do tires and repair work to have your inspection done; they dont have incentives to find lame things to repair.

I was desperately trying to find a battery that worked for my car. Nick at the desk was more than helpful and even when his computer said he didnt have any, he called other companies to see if they had them at a comparable price to them. Luckily, he also took the time to check the shelves and found they did have the battery I needed. I came in an hour before closing and James switched out my battery, and checked the alternator to make sure there wasnt another issue. Everything worked out and I felt very looked after as a customer.
