This whole experience has been terrible with them. Our insurance recommended them to us when we got in a car accident. We got the estimate, and sent an email to Steve asking if it was mostly cosmetic or what, because we wanted to just trade our car in and get something else at my work. I was also getting quotes from the estimate they sent us from my works collision center to see if it would ease the stress of the deductible, only to find out the work was almost completed. We were just waiting on the tires and that it would be ready on Thursday. Car is at an alignment shop now, apparently, and "they may come back and need to get more parts if there is an issue with suspension". So it might not even be ready a day after it was supposed to be. My boyfriend when called to inquire if it was going to be ready today was suggested that paying our deductible today would "help" try to get the car done today. When I called Steve to talk to him about this, as I work in the car business, he stated he has no idea how that would help him out and how he wants the car out of his shop just as much as we do. Massive lack of communication, massive disrespect for customers. We dont have a lot of money (obviously, we drive an old car), but I have never had issues with repair places not communicating with their customers or responding to them. I just hope that they fixed the car well, IF we ever get to pick it up. We dont recommend, and will NEVER use them again. Dont take your car here if you want to be treated like a customer, not a pain in the ass. **UPDATE** Our car has still to be completed. First we were told Thursday the 5th, then Friday the 6th, then Monday the 9th and they have no update on the status as of today, Tuesday the 10th.

I was in a hit and run accident that left my ford escape with frame damage and $3,000 dollars in repairs. I went here because my insurance agency recommended it to me. I called them up and they scheduled a time for me to bring in my car around my schedule. I was able to drop off my car after they closed because they had an employee stay after just for me. They did have some issues getting my car finished by the time they said they would because the damage was worse then they thought once they started disassembly of my car. That was a little disappointing since I also did not have a rental car at the time but none of that is their fault. I ended up getting my car back 3 days later then they originally said but their service and quality made everything okay with me at pick up. When inspecting the job after it was completely flawless. I have never seen anyone match paint as well as they did, and no orange peel to be seen. Im not sure if they do this for everyone but when I picked it up and got in my car I noticed that they cleaned the entire inside of my car. which i thought was amazing because during my accident I had food and a huge cup of soda explode all over the interior. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family,

Took my car in thinking it was going to take a week just like they said, when I went to pick up my car I noticed that the didnt give me original grille, the hood was on crooked, the lights were mismatching and placed wrong, bubbles and cracks on my bumper where the repair was. And not to mention that my AIRBAG light was in when I got in, ended up having to take it back in to fix what they did wrong and its been two weeks. They keep calling saying they messed up and had to restart, I WOULD not recommend this to anyone... car accidents arent easy and they just made it even worse and more expensive. I dont want anyone to go through what I had to.

If you could give zero stars I would. Seriously this place is absolutely terrible. I would highly advise to find a different repair center. These guys had to re do their paint work three times and found ways to cut all kinds of corners. Paint had all kinds of under spray and runs. They use cheap paint that cracks very quickly and refuse to uphold a quality mindset. Staff is terrible, customer service is even worse. And the owner himself threatened to deliver my car "wet and shitty" If anyone cares about quality work, do not go here.

Dont take your car here worst customer service I have ever experienced I actually decided not to have my car fixed there and take it to another shop when I picked up my car it took them over an hour to release my car and when I got the car it had been damaged more by then which resulted in another argument with the head mechanic who said thats how the car came in thank God I took pictures of the car when they picked it up or they may have gotten away with there fraud absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a car shop

I took my car in to have the alignment fixed (hit a curb in the snow) and have the emissions/inspection done. They charged me $600, did not fix the problems and though they charged for emissions and inspection could not give me a sticker. Means I have to take my car in again and had to get the sticker myself. They also had my car for almost 2 weeks to fix such simple items. I was very disappointed to say the least as I had gone there under the recommendations of a friend. I will not be going back there.

I have been taking my vehicles here for years and the service has always been great. Steve keeping us updated and courtesy calls. To the fantastic ladys in the office. I have never had any problems with the quality and service from this company and the team of people that run it. If I havent understood something Steve has explain the process so I could understand. Love these guys. Thanks for the kind hearts to stressful situations. You guys are the best.

I recommend this place without hesitation. Yesterday, the drivers side door on our Mazda 3 would not unlock so we couldnt open it at all and from research online, we were expecting to pay a dealership $400+ for a fix. My husband called this morning and they told him to bring in the car. A gentleman (his name is probably Jake) looked at the car door and fixed it in 30 seconds. He seemed very knowledgeable and everyone there was so nice.

I have been to RMCR a couple times now and I am always super impressed. Jake is super nice and thorough. The receptionist are friendly the moment I walk in the door, they always offer me water or coffee. I feel safe sending my car there. I just got mine back yesterday and the work done was done quickly and quality work. Im confident driving it now.

Calling every day and told my car would be finished each time I called that day. Still has not been finished. Secretary has told me "I dont know what to tell you." Will not be using again, even with ait being a preferred shop for Liberty Mutual.
