Fantastic experience here. Friendly people, did what they said they would in the time they said theyd do it. No BS. I was expecting the standard up-sell you always get when you are just there for the cheap oil change. None of that. In fact they said "youre truck is in great shape! Nothing else you really need to get done right now..." I always appreciate knowing when something is wrong with my vehicle, but when a shop tells me that they didnt see anything it needed beyond the $20 oil change (with a coupon), I figure theyre probably being honest. Theyve earned my business when I do need something done.

I came into the shop very upset. I didnt know what the problem was with my car and I came here with open arms. Chris, the store manager, was very helpful and reassuring. He immediately took care of me and diagnosed the problem right away. I had a problem with radiator and it being close summertime I was relieved that the problem was fixed same day and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Performance Automotive and definitely come here when I have car problems.
