If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We went in for a simple oil change. Their tech left the cap off of the oil and it went everywhere it possibly could under the hood. This car is rarely stationary because we my husband and I are on opposite schedules so the problem wasnt detected until our electrical system failed and my husband opened the hood to see if we needed to change a fuse. We took it back to have the oil washed off. They told us to drive it for a few days to see if removing the oil fixed the charging system, which was flickering on and off. It failed on me on Mountain View Corridor at 11pm. At first, they refused to tow the car. My husband got them to tow it but even though they ruined our alternator with all of that burning oil, they made us pay for it. Then they tried to cheat us by buying 2 refurbished alternators. When they both failed, they finally bought a better one. When we finally got the vehicle back, we drove it a few miles to pick up kids from school and people came running up to us to tell us liquid was streaming out of our car. When my husband lifted the hood, he found they they had left a screwdriver and a KNIFE in the car, which had worked itself down and ripped holes in our radiator. We immediately went back to have them fix it. Meanwhile, we were without our family vehicle for an entire week and they refused to give us a rental car or refund the money on the alternator for causing us so much trouble due to their NEGLIGENCE. We told them that we were concerned about engine damage due to the car overheating when the antifreeze ran out. They told us that they wouldnt fix anything else. We are still unclear what damage the hot, burning oil did to all of the wiring, gaskets, heads, etc. We do know that when we left their shop, our air conditioner no longer worked properly. Not only had they already refused to fix any more damage that they caused, but we were TERRIFIED to take it back to them for fear of what else they would break. Every time we have taken it in, they have RUINED something on our vehicle that used to work perfectly, and they refuse to take ownership over their repeated errors. Not only that, but my husband overheard them discussing how much each of their techs make (during payroll with a new secretary) and the majority of them made $8/hour. Trained technicians do not make only $8/hour, so you have UNTRAINED TECHNICIANS working on your vehicle, without supervision. Even after a disastrous mistake with our vehicle, they still werent careful enough to remove their tools from our car before sending us on our way. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR RUINED!

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! Dateline could do an entire show about bad mechanics and onky show this place! Asked for a "standard" oil change and explicitly and repeatedly asked that the not mess with the pressure I the tires (they are special tires with a specific blend and pressure of air). In fact the reason I selected the "standard" oil change is that it fit NOT include ture check like the premium service does. Nontheless, they had some tweaker looking idiot messing with my tires in no time. He was also extremely rough on my air filter housing, which shouldnt have been touched as that was not a "standard" level service either. They tried to sneak other "premium" services in on me. I stopped them. Other, nonattentive customers were talked into the most ridiculous fees and "emergency" work while I stood there watching them wreak havoc on my car. They told one guy that his car was too dangerous to even drive if he didnt have the tie rods changed the wheels would fall off very soon, and he needed to change his air filter which was near clean, or his engine would suffocate and die. It was too ridiculous to even comprehend.... I made them drop my car and left.. I went to jiffy lube down the street 3900 w 5400 s. You should too. They listen. And they dont hire tweakers. And they made only realistic recommendations like change the cabin filter (it was way dirty), and thats it.. however before Precision Tune even looked at my care I was warned of the impending doom I was about to face if I didnt flush this, change that, pay for some other random bull puckee. THE FINAL SCORE: Jiffy Lube (the one in 54th by McDonalds) : 1, precision tune: -1,000,000. Oh yeah, precision tune said my oil was leaking so bad that I needed an overhaul soon. Jiffy said, just a little leak around the pan gasket, no big deal. Precision said my backup lights were bad.. miraculously, they fixed themselves on the way to jiffy lube (about a mile). Go figure.

Ok Been taking are cars there for a long time, Never have I ever had such a bad exspirnce but as of late. They truley lied and did not repair what they said they would.My truck was not repaired correctley nor was are car. Tune up on both cars and a BUMPER TO BUMPERn repair on my truck before we left on a long trip was a joke. Did not repair it and not only did it cost 946.32 for both cars the break job on the car failed after 421 miles and the E hand break wasnt connected. This place is the worst place I have ever been. The cost is a rip off. Returned after my trip to be told that there were problems that GOT OVER LOOKED when I went to get a simple oil change. It is insane they said a hour at 01000 and did not get my truck back intell 1700.... Then recharged another 326.00 on the truck. Had to haggel with them got out the second time at 206.32 this place is a HUGE JOKE FROM HELL. The workers dont give a care nor does the manger Marcus. Simple repairs are not simple there they dont ever stick close to a qoute. Never repair the car we had to go to a diffrenet garage to have the breaks repaired. Paid a extra 289.32 Because it was so badly damged from the last repair.. FYI we will be in court on Aug 3rd because they never want to repair there mistakes.We had to file to make them aware WE ARE NOT JOKING just cause there a joke. My fiance and I have spent well over $5,000 at this repair shop. We have been very loyal and our most recent trip was over $1,000. During the time there our gas guage flipped to the other side. All they would tell us was that it was not their fault. They decided to take a look at it and came back telling us that it would be one of 2 things; both fixes that equaled hundreds of dollars and that if we wanted to know for sure, we would need to pay for a diagnostic. Needless to say, we refused. My fiance found online that the issue can be caused by a relatively high powered magnet being placed on the dash above the steering wheel and using a magnet to move the guage would also fix the issue. We fixed the issue for free ourselves and will never return. We only work with businesses that are willing to take responsibility for their work. In the past, I have also paid them for repairs that did not fix the issue. They were nice to me, so I let it go...Now I wonder if they did it on purpose, knowing they could swindle me. I will go to Master Muffler next time.
