Horrible! 0 Stars! I had an oil change done on an older car of mine which was in perfect running condition. They tried to charge me for an air filter service which I was not aware of til after because they are supposed to call you or make it clear thats an additional charge, and Not only did they put The WRONG OIL in, they also left the whole air filter housing open and CUT THE SENSOR WIRE! Now my car heats up and the engine light is on! Dont come to thier CRAP Auto Care service! They have this lazy woman working on the register who barley knows her stuff and doesnt care to learn, and the young blond Caucasian retarted, cocky, very unprofessional mechanic working in the back! Who worked on my car and then claimed he didnt do the damage that was done to it! When I have pictures and proof! This is insane how could you do something like that! I have never met a more stupider mechanic! NOW when I went back, the fat lazy supervisor decided not to believe me and her supervisor, just had me fill out this retarted insurance paperwork. Told me to wait for them to call, when its been a week and they havent called me yet! WALMART, IF YOU DONT TAKE CARE OF THIS I HAVE ALL THE PROOF I NEED TO SUE YOU! At the very least, make my mark!!!!!

Evil. I had called to see if they could change a battery in my truck camper. They said the could. I drove thirty minutes to the place, parked behind the entrance of the bay, and went inside. I also wanted an oil change. Twenty minutes later a woman said I needed to move my truck from the entrance of the bay. I wanted over two hours, for them to tell me that they could not put in the battery or do the oil chamge. Why didnt the tell me that in the first place? Plus, when I got home, part of the electrical box sitting on top of the camper was torn off. It wasnt like that when I brought my truck in. What I think happened is that they tried to do the oil change but could because the height of the bay and ripped my my electrical box.The person working there knew I was bringing in my truck camper because she had asked me move to move it from the entrance of the working bay. If they coukd, not work on a truck camper They should of said something then. I think the tried and ripped my electrical box. I cant prove anything, and now I am out 590 dollars for a repair.

They put washer fluid in my hydraulic suspension Reservoir! I saved 20 on the oil chance and spent $2500.00 to repair the Lexus LX470 suspension. Walmart denied the claim stating " I could not prove they caused the damage" and their comprehensive security camera footage was "mysteriously erased" showing no images of my vehicle being serviced. 5 rotten tomatoes ...boo...VERY BAD SERVICE.

After near 3 hour wait to get tires mounted noticed the stick-on weights they used to balance the tires laying on the ground underneath the car. Ask for clip-on weights instead of stick-on weights--if they say no, go somewhere else. Went to a different Walmart to have the wheels properly balanced. Boo Hiss people who dont care about their jobs.

Worst customer service ever. Unfriendly employees. More often than not, I have been turned away for simple auto services when they were still going to be open for several more hours. They really dont care about you, your car, or your business and they are pretty transparent about that. Never taking my car there ever again.

Worst service I have ever seen in 45 years. First customer that cold morning at 0700. Waited patiently outside for the doors to open while employees just talked and stared at me. A manager finally opened the doors at 0722 and after helping other customers behind me pulled in someones car who had just shown up behind me.

Worst customer service. All I needed was a light bulb and I had to sit there for 30 minutes before I decided to leave because nobody I the automotive department had a key to the cars head and tail lights. I asked several employees and nobody did anything about it.

Absolutely terrible! Both times Ive gone I waited over an hour for them to tell me the dont have the filter my car needed! Then act like they did me a favor by checking my tires and fluids and not charging me like thanks for nothing -_-

Ridiculous wait times everyday! A simple oil change takes 15 minutes and their wait time to get one done is 3-4 hours! Dont waste your time with Walmart.
