I paid these people to take 4 quarts of old oil out of my car and put 4 quarts of new oil in. After my oil was "changed" I checked my dipstick the next day to find that there wasnt any oil showing on it. I then went to a friends house and changed the oil myself (as I should have done to start with) and I had about 2.5 quarts of pitch black old oil in my car. It looked like they put old oil back into my car. Ive heard these kinds of stories before from people but I never had it happen to me until now. I miss the good old mechanic shops that did honest work on vehicles instead of hustling people for the most money and minimal work. BOTTOM LINE: I was hustled here and dont want the same thing to happen to anyone else. I dont recommend going here.

I used to like this place... We used them a lot while we lived in AZ. After my last oil change I have decided to find a new place, mainly after I felt they were trying to scam me. They called me and told me that I was missing an air filter; then proceeded to say that the last place I had my oil changed never put the air filter back in. (Which I know makes no sense) Firestone proceeded to tell me that "today is the last day of a special for an air filter only 59.99" I thought it was highly unlikely that my car would of performed the same without an air filter. So brought my tools to pick up the vehicle and it was there. As always with any garage ask to see the part they are claiming is bad to avoid a lot of headaches and money.

AVOID at all costs!!!!!!! Everything I have had "fixed" on my vehicle at this Firestone in the last year has had to be refixed. Took my truck in for a complete inspection and HUGE issues were missed. Such as a radiator with a massive leak or maybe the wheel bearing that threw my entire vehicle into chaos mode. The worst, worst service ever!!! Not to mention they take at least 3 times as long to get work done as other places. They should be kicked off the base. What a disgrace that they are providing shoddy, if not false, services to military members!!! I know at least three other people that have recently had to call them out on not providing the services that they claimed they had performed and billed for. DONT GO HERE!!!!

As someone mentioned, they should be kicked off base. Worst experience ever. A misleading sales force pushing seasonal product while avoiding your needs and price range. Managers who lack experience, knowledge and have no authority to fix problems. A district manager who doesnt return a call so youll be given the run around at their main office if theres an issue. Told promises they didnt keep. ALSO seniors beware, theyre targets to be talked into expensive tires they dont need. Ill never deal with Firestone or this store again. A friendly smile is all youll get. I hate to write bad reviews but good luck, do your research and shop around.

Made an appointment online for noon on a Sunday and received a confirmation. Just had them call, at 9:30 am on the day of my appointment, to tell me that they dont have the staffing to keep my appointment. When I asked why I was allowed to make the appointment, I was told "the website only shows appointment openings. It doesnt reflect whether or not they have the staff to actually keep the appointments". Dont allow appointments to be booked if you dont have the staff available to complete them.

Went in for an oil change and they said they were booked when clearly they were not busy at all, and also offered little to no help in finding someone else who could do the job. Employees seem to have no expertise what so ever. Every time I ask them a question they seem to have no clue and have no desire in answering your question. Definitely would not recommend anybody getting their car troubles taken cared of here.

Great tire shop! By far one of the best experiences I have had with a tire shop. Love their lifetime alignment and the road hazard warranty that comes with their tires! They took the time to explain everything that was wrong with my vehicle and gave me a complete break down of what needed to be done to fix it. I will definitely be back here to have my vehicle serviced in the future!

*Requires base access to visit* This location is very busy and always booked solid. That being said, theyre really cheap and really good. I bought tires online and they installed them, no fuss. Ive scheduled a few rotations and oil changes through them, always pleased with service. They are very very very busy, and can be slow sometimes. Get an appointment if you can.

Took my car to another shop for a simple inspection and they told me 900 for some made up problems...Aamco in Ogden dont go there! Came to these guy and they are honest mechanics that show you what the problem is fix it and dont over charge. Me and my family will be using them from now on.

Honestly one of the best places to bring your car! Whenever Im in the area and have car troubles, I always come here. Great employees who actually know what theyre doing! The girl at the front desk was very helpful too!

Whats the point of making an appointment to have a flat fixed when they took over an hour to finally get to it and you have to sit waiting for an hour and a half. Just go of base, they are so slow here.
