At first I loved this place. Good service and a great price. However, for the past month 1/2 Ive tried to get JUST an oil change appointment for 2 of my vehicles. They are either closed or wont make an appointment. They advertise no appointment needed and walk in welcomes...neither are true. My daughter called on Monday and was told to come Thursday (today) after 11am. When she called to verify going in (thankfully she didnt waste her gas), she was told they couldnt take her until July 5. Im done trying to give my business to someone who clearly doesnt want it.

I moved here about 2.5 years ago and needed a mechanic. I really didnt know anyone here so finding this place was me being extremely lucky!!!!! I have an older car and since Ive been bringing it here, it runs better than new! Im so very thankful I found this shop and can trust my car here. They do an outstanding job and are so welcoming every time I come. The prices are great and the service is beyond amazing. I really hit the jackpot finding this place. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my precious car!!!

These guys are very good and hard working with reasonable prices for what ever the issue is, they are also very understanding. My truck had a major oil leak and because I had no other way of transportation it was devastating for me, I would have to find some way to get around. Luckily the guys here at Dr. Automotive assured me they would work as fast as they could to get my truck back to me as soon as possible. I recommend this to anybody looking for a good mechanic! The shop is a little difficult to find when driving by. Its currently located behind a car wash, but they are moving at the end of September 2016. These guys are very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. This is the only shop I trust with my cars. No appointment necessary.
