I had to replace a catalytic converter and a cv joint in my Honda. I took it in and they did the repairs and when I went to pay it looked like my card wasnt going through so I ended up paying them with a check. Later I found that the card was in fact charged. I called them to figure it out and he went to my bank and deposited the money for me that day!! I really appreciated their honesty in the matter. On top of that I had to take my car back because it was making a strange noise and instead of making up some story about how it was because of something else (like the horror stories you hear about other mechanics) they told me the gasket for the converter had failed and replaced it for free under their warranty!! I recommend Terrace Muffler as an honest and fair business you can trust your car repairs to.

I have done business with Terrace Muffler many times as I drive older vehicles that generally need parts replaced, etc. Id say Ive used their services 10-15 times over the last 5 years and have absolutely no complaints. Theyre honest, easy to work with, fast, and get me the lowest price. The last time I brought my car in for a cracked radiator they even fixed an issue with my stereo without me asking them to. Over and above my expectations every time. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best. Everytime I have them do any work they treat me like family. They are trustworthy and honest. I just got my expedition fixed. It seemed Luke one of those problems that could never be found. Instead of taking advantage of me they helped me find the best and cheapest way to get it taken care of , it meant the world to me. S big thanks to Brian and Tj. I just had Tj give me a quote for rear brakes and rear air bags, he blew Les Schwab out of the water.

These guys are crooks!!! They charged me twice for work that they screwed up and didnt even get it right after charging me twice. Horrible work. Take your car anywhere else!

great services but they take their sweet time getting to the cars mines been there a week and still isnt done and the work would only take an hour to 3hrs at the most.

They fixed my exhaust leak, but broke my alternator. About $1300 later and my car is finally fixed. They never even told me my alternator was broken!!
