I saw one of the vehicles for power window repair while I driving on the 202 and a few days later my right front window regulator broke, rolled down but would not go back up. I am a mechanical break down inspector, in other words if you buy an extended warranty on your vehicle and that insurance company questions repairs I go out and verify failure or not so I deal with almost all Dealers and many independent shops through out the valley. I went around and got estimates and all were between $400 and $600 to repair. I went on line and found parts to repair for about $150 to $300 I thought I would just do it myself, figured it would take a few hours and I would save money. I went to order parts and found they would actually cost me about $200.00 to $250.00. While I was looking for parts I noticed Power Window Repair was listed in my search and remembered there billboard wrapped vehicle. I checked there reviews and there were a few that were negative and couple for there location,, so even though I was skeptical I called and was quoted a price of $202 I asked if the motor was needed how much more and he said it was included. Any to make a long story shorter I set up an appointment for the next day and arrived slightly late. They already had a repaired window regulator with steel rollers not plastic and completed repair in about 35 minutes. The window now operates properly and is more quite than before. While I was waiting I peaked into shop and saw two guys that were repairing window regulators and upgrading when possible. I was thinking as I watched that very few people today know how to repair items like this they just replace with new at an excessive cost. Thank you so much Ken Cordova

Having had an expensive power window repair, my husband and I decided to shop around. We were attracted to this business by the number of very satisfied customers---rating them 5 stars. I called and spoke with Jen, who took my car information. She was extremely helpful, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. She promised to call back within 30 minutes with a quote, and she actually called me within 10 minutes. Jen took the time to text me the address and additional instructions, since I was making the trip down instead of using the mobile service. When I husband and I arrived, we were greeted by Jens daughter, and the gentleman who worked on our car (sorry, Im terrible with names). While our car was being serviced, we had a wonderful conversation with Jens daughter, and it took a whole 20 minutes to fix the window! Well worth the trip, the money (which was much less than we paid before), and the wait time! We know you have a Mercedes mechanic, and we plan to use him in the future. Thanks again!

If you ever have an issue with your window not going up or down, CALL THESE GUYS! My window recently stopped working and someone tried to steal my car, i was in a frenzy to get it fixed before nightfall.. I called around and every mechanic i talked to quoted me over $350.. One shop told me it would be 150 just to open up the door panel and see what was going on... needless to say i decided to do some shopping around and i found Phoenix Power window repair.. They are very professional and friendly and get this; He came down, opened up my panel got my window to roll back up, discovered it was only the switch and would be a much cheaper fix.. Last night, i didnt pay ONE SINGLE DOLLAR for the work he did! He even referred me to a guy he knows at an auto parts store to get a new switch and offered to install it at a cut rate.. Some Mechanics are like Lawyers, but these guys are definitely honest and official, thanks Phoenix Power Window Repair!

I had this power window problem with my car, completely stuck and non functioning, what a drag right? I had been around to a few repair shops in the Mesa area, but no real easy situation was available. Most of these guys want you to schedule an appointment and drop off and wait all day while they shuffle everything around and finally get to your car. Then I decided to search on the internet and bang! there is was, "Phoenix Power Window Repair" So I called around 9:50 am and was greeted by the owner himself. Randy knew what my problem was and had me text him my address and was able to come by my home at 12 noon the same day to fix it. Totally amazing, and for a fair price seriously! I am very happy now that my window can roll down when I pull up to all my favorite food joint drive thru windows and not have to open the door to order. The service I received from Randy the owner was top notch! I received a quote extremely quickly and by the way very reasonable! I received several quotes from other companies that ranged up to $300! The day after I got the quote I called him to see if he was available; he was and without a problem he was able to meet me and fix my window. I had no issues meeting him nor having the window repaired on my BMW. Since the motor in my vehicle is almost giving out Randy went above and beyond and replace the part in my window in order to preserve my motor for as long as possible. He did this on a Sunday morning and came out to my apartment. Again the service was impeccable and Randy is such a great guy who is caring, quick, and above all honest! I highly recommend Phoenix Power Window Repair!! Thanks again!! Should I ever need this service again, I know who to call!

In March of this year I found PWR on Craigslist after being let down by another company. I spoke with Berkley & really felt comfortable having them do the job. When I went to the appointment I was greated like a guest, not just a "job to be done". Paul repaired both windows in what seemed like no time at all. I was very happy when I left. A few weeks ago, of course on a Sunday, my passenger window decided to stay down (I think it was playing hide & seek) so I left a message expecting to hear back on Monday & be told that it would be a few days to get it looked at. To my surprise Berkley called about 30 minutes later & said she could squeeze me in Monday morning! Thats what I call great customer service! Thank you to your whole crew Paul, Berkley & Brie (shes a black & white Boston Terrier very involved in the client experience!)

I was quoted just over $200 for my aura.. way cheaper than the dealer, but i had trouble finding the place because theres no signature or logo representing the company name in the front... not only that i payed up front.. waited for an hr an half and they tell me they cant fix it ... so they refunded me and short changed me with from MY OWN CASH.. 2 bucks like really keep the bag of chips and soda while your at it lady.. so the technician go invited me in the back told me hell charge me $100 per an hr to run diagnosis tests on the wiring.. the dealership charges $89.85 to do the same exact test but more professional and pep boys charge $45 to run the wiring test which is sweet soo be wise base on your own situation... In addition they Also broke my trunk button on my drivers side door... !!!! 1 star they deserve !!
