My husbands family took their vehicles here for years and have had good service f Im the mechanics. When our car blew the engine we took it there for diagnosing. The mechanics were quick and thorough. Heres where the problem comes in. After diagnosing they parked the car in the lot outside and during the night it was broken into and about $1000 worth of sport equipment was stolen from the trunk. One of the mechanics the next day noticed the trunk ajar and closed it but didnt think anything of it. When we found that the items were missing I called the owner to open a claim on the insurance of the company to get the items replaced as it was in their possession on their property. The owner was an absolute jerk about the whole situation and refused to even look into it. According to him the car just so happened to be parked in the one location the cameras dont see. How convenient. He also said that once the car is in the lot its considered public property which I know is not true. Needless to say we did not get any compensation to replace the custom created items that were taken from their property under lock and surveillance. My advice is if you need same day service they are great but dont let them keep your vehicle overnight as they take no responsibility for anything that may happen to it.

Unscrupulous, low down, to take advantage of someone the way your treated my friends 98 lesabre with a p0303 misfire code I am sure your mechanic is not that stupid so that would leave me with the conclusion that yall intended to replace the twenty dollar sparkplug wires after you made 300 bucks on a fuel pump I am sorry that your business is in such a bad place that you feel you need to lie to your customers in such a criminal manner I was wondering if it was a mistake but there is no longer any doubt you folks are crooks and I felt the need to let you know that I have got figured you snake in the grass!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your business gets in a place to where you aint feeling the need to rob people like you have tried to do here good day

Our family has gone to Back Shop Auto for 20 years now and we cant say enough good about them! As our children have grown, gotten married, and started families of their own, they too go to Greg and Alex and the others at Back Shop for their automotive needs. I would be remiss if I didnt mention Travis too. All three, Greg, Alex, and Travis treat us like family and could not be more cheerful and friendly to us when we walk in the door or call on the phone. They diagnose the problem and always fix it in a timely manner and at a fair price. They go above and beyond to make sure that the price is right by doing their homework for parts, etc. Kudos to the whole team at Back Shop! You have customers for life!

I wont take my cars anywhere else. I first heard about Back Shop Auto back in 2010, a friend at work told me that his mother had taken her car there for a repair that she had been quoted a few hundred dollars for by another shop; Back Shop found that the problem was actually a much easier fix, they charged her a few dollars and she was out the door. This has also been my experience. Everytime I bring my vehicle into Back Shop Auto they get it fixed and I am out the door for much less then other shops have quoted, many times the problem isnt even what I was told by other shops. It is so nice to have a group of mechanics that I trust!

Our Family has been coming here for repairs for 20 years now. Great people, good customer service. Greg, Alex, Will, Travis is great to deal with. They make you feel like family. Just got my car back today and Travis & Will showed me what needed to be done. Its good to see mechanics actually show you in the shop what the problem is. Id rather take my vehicles here than take it to the dealer. After reading a few post, Its incredible how people like Melyn Severance would complain about something that they should be responsible for and put the blame on others instead. How messed up is that?

Ive been going to this shop for the last 6 years and have taken in the last three cars Ive owned here. I refer all of my friends and family to go here. Every time I come here they dont try to add extra work if its not necessary. (Ie. New serpentine belt if your alternator goes bad.) They are always great help and very informative. Their prices are also very reasonable which is also a huge reason why I keep coming back. They cant to some things like alignments and I believe tires and some specialty work. Buts its well worth everything their shop has to offer.

I was referred here by a friend. I needed my brakes done on the back, and an oil change. Also will be going in for emissions today... Greg was very nice, he even made sure that the quoted price he gave me is what I paid, I told him my budget and they kept it under. Most mechanics dont care about your budget. I will be bringing my truck here from now on. Greg even brought my truck to me when it was done. Very nice and professional place. Thank you!

I was referred to Back Shop Auto by a good friend and I brought my car in to get my safety and emissions done. Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped with very promptly. I was on a lunch break and Alex made sure I was in and out within 20 minutes and saved me a trip to the DMV. You can tell these guys strive for awesome customer service. Greg and Alex run a professional shop with great customer service. They listen to their customers and are problem solvers. I have taken our cars to them for many years. They are honest and are detailed oriented. I used to live close to their shop. I now live across town from their location, but I take my car maintenance business to them every time. It is nice to have a reliable shop that can help when you cars need help.

Referred here by a good friend and had a great experience. Very upfront and detailed in the issues and projected repairs, quote was accurate and the time frame was very reasonable. A bit out of the way for me to come on a regular basis, but for a one-time bigger repair (knock on wood) these guys were fantastic all around.
