The WORST place to take your car in for an oil change! Bad Mechanics. Bad Customer Service. Bad Ownership. I took my 2 year old car in for an oil change. When they drove it out the bay they claimed it kept dying and I couldnt drive it home. The mechanic told me "There was nothing wrong with it when we dove it in but when we drove it out it doesnt want to work that good." They told me that there was something wrong with the engine but that I would have to bring it in another day because the engine was hot. They then back tracked and told me I could probably drive myself and my infant home, but walked me through how to control the car if the engine shut down on the highway! They had no concern for our wellbeing or the state they left my car in. The owner promised that he would pay for diagnostics done at the dealership to locate the problem and offered to find video footage of the mechanics working on my car to show it wasnt their fault. I had my car towed to the dealer where the said they found debris UNDER the air filter- either negligently placed or carelessly aloud to blow inside during inspection. Meineke ownership would not take responsibility, never found the video footage, and did not pay for the diagnostics fee as promised. This store promises to be "woman friendly" but is LAST place I recommend any woman to take their car to!

Horrible service! Tried redeeming a groupon...the guy insisted that it needed to be printed out even though online, it said we could redeem with our I phone. The guy refused service and we had to get a manager and pull up the redemption instructions on our I phone and have him read it...once proven wrong, he didnt say anything except....its gonna take two hours...and there was only 2 people in the shop. He kept letting other cars in front of ours. After 3 hours, they finally took the car in and changed the oil. Then we were told it costs $3. Gave him our credit card to which he said it was declined (there is thousands in the account). Then sent me to the back of the line before he would try the transaction again. Even when i was at the front of the line, he kept inviting people in front of me explaining that their transaction was quicker than my transaction. After being shoved aside 3 times, I freaked out and demanded that he help me and run my card again. It was approved and I ran out as fast as I could.

I went in just for a basic oil change, and wound up paying $300 because once they changed my oil, they held onto my keys and told me that I could not leave unless they blead my breaks. They would not let me leave with my car. So after arguing with the mechanics, who sat there disregarding everything I said and just blew cigarette smoke in my face, I gave in and said fine, fix my brakes. They over charged me, and I had to leave my car overnight and pick it up the next day. Worst part? My brakes are not any better. The said theres another issue with my brake booster and still charged me the $300 for everything they DIDNT do and told me they could replace my booster for an extra $200. Horrible service, terrible job, just an all out awful place. I would recommend going somewhere else and pay a little extra then have to deal with these people.

Went to get a basic oil change. When I walked in to the store the woman at the front desk looked homeless. She didnt greet me, she just kind of sat there looking like she didnt want to be working. I sat quietly and waited for my oil change to be done. Rueben (assistant manager) pulled me out to show me that I had some really bad tires and to let me know that he quoted me a price to change the tires. I declined the tires and went back inside to pay. The girl at the front desk charged my card $182 for a basic oil change. I would NOT recommend this establishment to ANYONE. They werent very nice about fixing my problem, and they didnt even apologize until I was at the front desk. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Im giving up on Meineke. This location is right across the street from my house, so I thought it would be really convenient to go here. Unfortunately, I was wrong. They are so difficult. Once I went in for a simple inspection, but the "guy was gone," the same thing happened when I needed an oil change. I showed up around 5:15, but was told they were done for the day, even though they dont close until 6. Another time, they were going to charge me $99 for a diagnostic engine test, I ended up going to OReillys where they do it for free... A few other things have happened, and now Im completely giving up. Ill keep driving to C & M in Roy rather than wasting two more seconds with Meineke.

Active Duty personal, (Another military member they took advantage of) I had to take a day of leave because of the dishonesty of Meineke. They fixed my car the previous night it went 1/2 mile and broke down. Towed my car to meineke at my expense, held it over night. Manager said he would tell me what it was first thing in the morning. Called 5 different times to find out what was wrong, but wouldnt say. At last after 6 hours gave me the bill. AGAINST their policy they fixed something I didnt authorize, and didnt keep me informed. All they could say was sorry and they would take the coil out. I couldnt afford another lost day at work so was stuck with it.

Our car broke down/overheated on our trip. Pulled off the freeway, and just happened to pull in here. Every place we had called couldnt help us that day. Our main radiator house was broken. They ordered a hose and had is on our way in 1 1/2 hours. And THE PRICE WAS CONSIDERABLY LESS than the other places we called. They found the reason our air conditioning hasnt been working for the past two seasons...quick inexpensive fix. The guy in the front was so courteous, outgoing, and positive. A real delight. I think we found our favorite place for our BMW and other car repairs! (Only an hour from our house...worth the trip).

We just bought this Meineke store in November and have been making sure we give you a great experience when you come in. If youve had a bad experience in the past come and talk to us and well do our best to change your mind. We apologize for whatever the previous ownership didnt do. To those who have always had a good experience come and help us make it a great experience and to those whove had bad experiences, come and give us a chance to change your mind. I went here thinking the brake specialists would take care of my car. Instead I showed up after they had supposedly done my oil change and removed and rotated my tires. They did remove my tires but when I showed up two hours later they failed to rotate them and after the seen there error they stripped my tire key out the second time and cost me two more hours out if my day sitting here waiting for them to put on my last two tires when the new key gets here for my car. I personally love sitting inside on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon.
