My family and I have been good customers of TSW for many years. At the beginning Mr. Tran, the owner, seemed to be a very honest mechanic. We would bring him cars that other mechanics would tell us need additional repairs and he would usually repair a minor thing and fix them. It is now that he knows he has our undivided trust after repairing some of our units he doesnt seem to correctly "diagnose and repair our vehicles" anymore. A few year ago we took in my cousins vehicles for an inspection of breaks and engine light. After paying the bill the shop assured us that the problem had been corrected and the breaks were fine. A few days after the light came back on and the breaks were still not responding. We took it back to the shop they stated they could no longer do anything about the engine light because we had some not OEM electrical components in the vehicle, they dont mess with that and the breaks were good. We took the vehicle to 2 other mechanics who told us the breaks were worn out and needed to be replaced. We never got a refund for the check engine diagnose and ended up replacing the breaks at a different shop. A few days ago I took my vehicle for a possible oil pressure problem. After paying the bill the shop assured me the problem had been taken care there was an oil pressure problem due to sludge in the engine but they flushed the engine, replaced the oil sending unit and now works great! I picked the unit up and still had the same problem. I took the vehicle back. The shop stated it was working when they test drove and that oil pressure was the problem and that will cost $700 to fix it. I asked if they could show me when doing the oil pressure test. The owner refused. I consulted other mechanics if its possible that an engine running with no oil pressure will make no noises or lose any power and if sludge will likely cause this. They all stated that is never the case! Finally and frustrated I picked up my vehicle and decided to do all of these tests by my self and found out that the engine was not losing pressure and that the only problem was a defective sending unit. I replaced it and problem solved! The shop owner refunded some money. I feel like the owner has not been very honest or fair to me from the beginning.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.....STAY AWAY FROM THEM.... We thought Tran us a great deal (or so we thought we did) at the end, less than what we thought we were going to end up paying and we are very happy with the purchase. TRAN WAS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The day after I got curious and checked the cars VIN, it had odometer discrepancies and frame damage. It was too late though because we had signed the "As Is." It was working great but we still felt cheated. TRAN IS A LIAR... 10 days later I get a call from Tran at dealer and he tells us that the bank didnt approve the car because it was a 2003. I call the bank and they tell me its because of the frame/structure damage. Lies. I figured my contract is void since the bank didnt approve but no I still had to pay for using the car $50 a day and $.80 per mile. Even though the bank had notified them 4 days before they told me. ALL THOSE GOOD REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY FROM HIM AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE... DO NOT TRUST THEM...

UTAHS BEST KEPT SECRET! HONEST AND EXCELLENT MECHANICS! My dad recommended that I go to TSW because he knows the owners personally. I like the fact that TSW is family owned. TSW is extremely honest and they guarantee their work at a reasonable price. TSW and their employees are knowledgable, professional, and friendly. I told two co-workers about TSW and they told me that they not only take their cars to TSW for repairs but they also recommend family and friends to TSW. WOW! TSW IS SIMPLY THE VERY BEST! Quang and his guys are phenomenal. My family and family friends have been going here for decades. He always gives me the best deal and will even jimmy rig it to make sure I walk away happy. I know thats hes upfront with me which is, unfortunately, very rare in this business. For example, my brother-in-laws Jaguars window crashed through its holdings and landed in between the door. Quang let me know that its a 600 dollar part and ended up figuring out a way to fix it and only charged me $45.00 Absolutely love him.

Honest, trustworthy and fair. They also beat everyones price, but the most important thing is I feel like I can trust them and they arent just cheap because they cut corners like so many others. They also try to have your car done as fast as possible. I dropped my car off without an appointment not caring if I didnt get my car back in a few days. The guy who runs the counter told me maybe the next day, but by 4pm they called me and it was done. Wow! This place is the best!

Ive been going there for twenty years. Trang is very honest and has saved me thousands by telling what needs to be fixed and not a bunch of made up items that dealerships or other dishonest places lied to me about. TSW is good at what he does and is fast at it. I usually have my car back in three days no matter what is wrong with it. I am not a person who works at his shop just a very appreciative customer. Oh my whole family uses him now. lol We love it.

Honest, knowledgeable, excellent prices. This shop has always taken great care of my vehicles. I initially shopped their quoted prices every time I went in but found their rates so consistently superior that I now feel confident enough to forgo the trouble. They are very competent, have always identified even mysterious issues, and have gone the extra mile to help me out. I always take my vehicles here and recommend them to all my friends.

They are honest and do not overcharge on the retail of the parts they order, which is probably the most sought-after trait one can hope for in any mechanic. They are efficient and thorough. My family has been going to TSW for car repairs for nearly 20 years now. Quang has always been upfront with us, sometimes not even charging us for little things. Ive never had any problem with their work, or their prices. I only wish they did mufflers! Its a pity more mechanics cant be as honest and skillful as TSW!
