I can say with all sincerity that my experience with the Millcreek Jones Car Care re-instilled my faith in humanity. Lyman and Chester were honest, more than fair, respectful and attentive. I brought my truck in to have the clutch replaced. There was a lot of detective work that had to be done on Jones part because of the previous mechanics oversight to install the correct model of clutch for my truck. I was checked in with numerous times before they would proceed with something that would cost me more that what was quoted and given options as to what I needed. They were forthright and knowledgable with their professional opinions. In the past, at other places, I was given a choice to fix something, but felt left in the dark and pressured how to proceed. Which left me frustrated and quite honestly, feeling taken for a fool. Not the case with Jones! Whatever you guys are doing, please keep it up. Special shoutout to Lyman. Im am 110% impressed. Thank you times infinity!

I was so incredibly happy with the service from Jones Complete Car Care, they were very honest and helpful. After going to 2 different tire places and them quoting me to get 4 new tires which would cost me an arm and a leg I came here and they actually fixed my tire saving me loads of money. I was so happy. I will definitely come back, I dont feel like they will try to take advantage of people. Only thing Id recommend is getting other options for paper towels in the bathroom, the re-useable towels are disgusting. Overall, I would recommend people to check it out! :D Great service.

My experience here was delightful everyone was so nice to me. They made it the best experience possible. Everyone there is so friendly especially the two at the front desk Chester is usually the one who deals with me when I go and he does a great job and is a hard worker and its kind to all! I love going here for any of my car needs - new tires, rotations, break check, etc.! All the workers are friendly, and talk to me about my car in terms that I understand. I feel completely comfortable having my car taken care of here. I always feel that my needs as the customer are more important than their selling the services they offer. I made an appt for the next day. Showed up 5 minutes early to my appt. I waited 30 minutes , with no comments why I had to wait long. I just asked for my keys and had to leave for work , as I was concerned I would be late☹️ I sure miss the excellent service I had in the past. Now I have to find another reliable place☹️☹️☹️☹️
