Trustworthiness is one of the most important things with car mechanics... My family has gone to Noe for a long time. I started to notice they were nickel and diming us for random things. He replaced a battery for us and the next morning the car died again. I took it back and asked if it had something to do with what they did the day before. Supposedly, there was a separate "major" problem that he said would cost about $1400 to fix. I said that that seemed very odd because he checked everything the day before. He then said that he "doesnt need anyone questioning his integrity" and told me he would not help me further. I had to tow the car to a different mechanic (with much more ratings anyway). The new mechanic, Autobahn Autowerks, fixed my car for $200 (not 1400). It has now been almost 6 months, and the car runs better than before. Lastly, in a very immature manner, he called the other members of my family to make sure they knew that I was in the wrong, instead of him. I will not be returning to Noe and I would suggest you dont either.

I have been using Noe to service both of my VWs for quite a while now. It was hard to find someone who was willing to work on import diesels and I am very happy that I found a local business that takes such pride in their work. The (brothers?) that run the shop are both knowledgable about the vehicles they work on and willing to let me know if I would be better serviced somewhere else. I suggest Noe for all import service needs, and highly suggest them if you are looking for a place that will work on a diesel import.

Always a great experience with these guys , i have never questioned their work ethic and honesty. I Have been here multiple times and have recommended my family here. Everyone i recommend always gets treated the right way. No complaints keep up the good work guys. Prices are fair and work is done to the highest quality , i never had a bad experience.

I have been taking my cars to NOE Imports for over 25 years. This family owned business will repair your car properly and do it for a reasonable price. Steve and Jeff are very friendly and knowledgeable!! I trust them for all my car repairs.

Excellent everything. Everybody knows to take their auto to NOE! I could list all the great stories from my visits to NOE, or you could try them and find out for yourself :)
