Tried to sell me a $282 alignment kit that I did not need. After bringing my Subaru for a routine alignment - I had no issues before I brought the car in; I had already purchased lifetime alignment from a corporate firestone store - Neil, the owner, told me I needed "camber alignment kits on all four wheels, as there was no factory camber adjustment on the vehicle." I declined and when I drove off the car pulled to the right and the steering wheel was not straight. I turned around and called him out on it and he told me he was doing me a favor by doing a "free alignment" (that I paid $170 for last year) and telling me I needed a $282 job. I am mechanically inclined and after doing some research into my Legacys service manual I found there is indeed camber adjustment on the front two wheels and one of the rear wheels was completely in spec. The final rear wheel probably does need a camber bolt, but I adjusted the front wheels myself and brought it to another firestone who said the alignment was true. This stores motive is to get you in the store and upsell you on parts and service you dont need.

Had brakes and rotors replaced on Ford Ranger. Cost about 20% more than could have had done elsewhere. I trusted the Firestone name. They did OK but really tried to up-sell me on other services, "You need a new battery, your wiper blades are shot, you should get your transmission flushed..." He told me he wouldnt charge me to fix the tire with a slow leak, but he did, extra $8. Not much, but when I ask about it he said " I meant for the labor not the price of the materials, we had to put a new valve stem in." Seemed to be a very typical Auto repair experience - They do what you ask but always seem to push hard to get every nickel they can out of you for stuff that you really dont need. Pleasant enough people just be ready to say NO THANKS I dont want that done today a lot. I find it interesting when you do a search of Firestone stores in Mesa, this store does not even show up on the Firestone web site search? It is call "Arizona Firestone." It might not even be a Firestone store.

Be very careful about bringing your vehicle to this establishment. Ive been bringing my brand new car here and no one else has touched it but them. After my 9th or 10th oil change I noticed my tires were wearing unevenly.so next time I went for an oil change I marked my tires wene they got done I checked my tires and they were not rotated. I went back in and asked the manager if they done the tire rotation he came back and said they did not even after I payed for it. So they take the keys back and rotate the tires and Im on my way 2weeks later I noticed my car had a slight engine vibration so I checked under the hood and upper cover air filter box was unclipped and fine dirt particles were sucked into the air inlet and engine.so I go back and talk to the manager and tell him about the situation. And he just looks at me dumb and says what do you want me to do about it very unprofessional no help at all. Just beware.

Shop closes at 5pm and thats non negotiable. I called the manager a couple of days prior to setup an appointment for an alignment. He said "we dont setup appointments for that, its a first come first serve. Just show up." I have a full time job 8-5, so I left early one day and I showed up at 4:30. Instead of trying to help me and look for a possible solution, the manager (Neil) was borderline rude. He said there was no way they could do anything because "my employees leave at 5. They need to spend time with their family." He suggested I had to come on Saturday - instead of spending time with MY family. Absolutely no desire to help customers and a rude demeanor on the part of the manager. It is surprising that this operation is still in business in the first place.

A little late on reviews here I visited them in February, but I have to say I was happy with this tire shop not only were they quick but very nice I told them I had other things to do and they made sure the job was done in 45 min keep in mind I had an appointment so if you set up a appointment they will get it done quick, they had to special order my tire and it was there in one day. Price is better than other places and you get a quality tire I used to go to Discount Tire not anymore, Firestone offers a great experience for what you pay, no one likes tire shopping but they make it easy. I highly recommend this place, kudos to Jason and his staff.

Previously, the service here must have been under different management. I would agree with the other bad reviews. But, I went here twice within about a month. Service was great! Quick, efficient, friendly and professional. No made up problems, but if there was a problem (which there was), they would point out the problem. I saw it with my own eyes, the wheel was bent. Erik pointed out a car parts recycle business to buy a used wheel. He gave me the phone number to get my used wheel, plus offered to fix it when I had my next work done. I was totally pleased with this Firestone; Ill be going back!

Took my car in for an oil change with the coupon for the $19.99 oil change. Unlike almost any other oil change business, they do not include free tire rotation unless you have purchased the tires from them. While they did perform the oil change quickly, they also charged me an additional $15.00 for tire rotation which I have never had to pay anywhere else. Total cost for my $19.99 oil change was $42.53. Obviously I can get a better deal a multitude of other places and in the future I will. Too bad as I live just down the street and this would have been a convenient location to have my vehicles serviced.

Not good costumer service. They talk to you as if they dont want to fix your car. There was a gentlemen that I spoke on the phone before arriving to the location, i dont remember his name but he showed good costumer interaction n told me that they inspect my car for free.. when I came in, there was Jason that spoke to me as if he doesnt want to look at the car, and throwing price chargers around. When I told him that i spoke to a gentlemen that told me you guys inspect for free. And thats when Jason took my car but he didnt seem pleased. And worse of all my car is still running with the problem.

Very bad customer service. It took them 2 hours to change my oil!!! I called and made an appointment. They told me it would be 30-40 minutes so I waited. An hour and a half later I asked them how much longer it would be. I reminded them I had an appointment and they made all kinds of excuses. Why even make an appointment if you get pushed to the back of the line anyway?! No apology either! Just a mumbled, "Sorry for the wait" as I was walking out. Very slow service and very bad customer interaction.
