I dont say this lightly when I say I had the worst customer service Ive had in years. I came in needing my tires replaced and my alignment checked. First employee made some suggestions, but the price seemed really high. Granted, low-profile performance tires can be expensive, but it raised a flag having bought similar tires before. He upsold me to a softer ride and more expensive tires. The manager took over, went out to look at my car (which the first employee also did), and told me he would NOT recommend the tires I was just upsold to as they wouldnt clear the control arm. Frustrated that I now had two employees tell me contradictory things (red flag #2), I began looking online on my phone to see if the prices were legit. I found a number of online AND physical locations with much lower prices, ranging from $40-60 cheaper per tire. I pushed on whether they would price match. The manager became visibly and vocally frustrated, told me he wouldnt match online sellers like Tire Rack (which he said dont stand behind their product and dont have a warranty, which they do...welcome to online service in 2016 sir), but would price match Big O Tires "if the tires were apples to apples". So I said, if I see the same exact tires down the street at Big O Tires for $20 cheaper, will you match? He immediately changed his story, tell me "No, I wont" and got even more upset. Red flag #3. By this point I had been suggested improper tires, lied to, and now had the manager getting upset with me for questioning their prices and business practices. Frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager, which he responded with "I am the manager!" Coming out of his office, the owner (Damon), quickly stated "I dont feel like were a good fit, so look elsewhere." Wow! Way to be customer service friendly! I asked if I was being refused business because I was questioning their pricing and was told 2 different things. The owner replied with the same answer about not being a good fit, and said "I can see my employee is upset, and youre upset, so its better if you look elsewhere." When you have an owner, who Ive been told "People either love him, or they hate him...and he as well with customers", wont take the time to address his managers attitude and try to put himself in the shoes of a new customer, thats a recipe for disaster. I found out after the fact that they were suggesting "Summer Tires" (we live in UTAH!!!) without asking if I wanted all season tires...which I did and any good tire seller would ask (Ill take some blame and should have double checked but hadnt got that far after all the fail I was listening to). Immediately thereafter, I went to Big O Tires, who bent over backwards to help me find the right tires, which they did, made some additional suggestions on how to save some additional money, which I did, offered a free alignment check, and they price matched Tire Rack!! I ended up saving over $300 in just tires alone (so they cant come back with some work quality excuse when its parts)!! Lesson - save yourself the trouble and take the advice of the owner: "Go elsewhere."

Not the worst shop I have ever used, but still would never use them again. I went here because they advertised that they matched coupons from competitors, and to their credit they did match it (although they did manage to slip in a couple extra bucks). So I dropped my SUV off for an alignment and gave them my info and left. I called a few hours later (they said they sent me a text, but I did not get it, no biggie) and they said it was done. I showed up and they had a total for me (it was a few dollars more but I did question it since they had matched the coupon, turns out I got charged three and a half bucks extra for "shop supplies" which turned out to be a missing twenty cent cotter pin, but again no biggie, just annoying). The real irritation was they didnt tell me until after I paid that they did not complete the alignment. They told me there was a bad bolt in the track bar that prevented it being correctly aligned. In the conversation following there pleasant facade, right after payment turned rude and unhelpful. Pretty much they only solution they offered was to have it towed away (at my expense of course). Needless to say I bought a replacement bolt and installed it and had to have the alignment completed elsewhere. So besides the small irritations of slipping in small fees and not contacting me, the real problem with this place, is a serious lack of customer service. I paid for an alignment that was never completed because of a two dollar bolt, and their attitude when I asked for them to work with me on it .... Well lets just say on attitude alone I would avoid this place. Not the worst place, but lots better place, and since the work they did had to be redone by another place anyway, that coupon matching, just cost me more in the end. Learned my lesson will take my business elsewhere, I advise you to as well.

Honestly I would give them about 2.5 stars. My experience: I bought new tires and wanted my car aligned. They told me they couldnt align it because some of my cars suspension parts needed to be replaced. It is an older car and I knew they probably needed replacing anyway. So they quote me to fix it. I call around to get quotes from other places which are considerably less. So I look up the parts myself which where the bulk of the quote - $300 for two parts $150 each. I call the auto store and theyre only $50. So theyre upcharging 300% on these parts. I ask if I can supply the parts myself and they tell me they wont do it because of "warranty issues". Thats complete crap, they just wouldnt make as much money off of it. Little bit of an honesty issue there. I end up having another shop do the work for me. Then I take it back to have the alignment done and they inspect a few other rattles and tell me the AC compressor needs to be replaced. I do some more research it turns out most likely only the AC clutch needs to be replaced, not the whole compressor. Again they quote me almost $700 for that part. A cheap one runs $150, a nicer one $300. So theyre again upcharging more than double the price of the part. To be fair, all auto shops upcharge on their parts, but I feel like T & C is padding their pockets. Pros of T & C : The store is friendly and professional, great staff, as far as tires pretty even with competition. Cons of T & C : They will charge you as much as they can on auto repairs to get your money.

The worst auto repair guys I ever met. I started with a Groupon deal with grease monkey Draper and failed safety and emission. Could not get an appointment to fix the flex line so I start to check online and found tire point s. Reviews was not that great but since I stay near American fork , I gave them a shot to my worse regrets. They fixed the flex line for $178 and did the safety test but not emission test so I have to go back to them after failing emission test. They definitely charge me more for another $348 after changing out the valve switching valve which they claim is the issue. They told me to come back before 15 days to do the drive cycle myself for a free emission test and when I go back there are 2 very rude old man that want to charge me for the emission test. It is just $28 which I do not mind paying but their attitude and service is throwing me off. One of them told me to show them the previous grease monkey papers and say that it is Salt Lake county so they cannot do it while the other one say it is not the county but it is after 15 days. I JUST GOT THE CAR AFTER THEY WORKED ON IT 3 DAYS AGO!!!! WTF!!! Anyway I went back to grease monkey and they retest it for me for free. U guys can see the difference in service. Good luck to this shop but I am never coming back again, i am sure they will go out of business if they keep up such service. Thanks, Bernard
