My husband Steve and I were so impressed with the care and support when we had trouble with our RV the day we were supposed to leave for home. Dan told us he was booked for the next 2 days solid but he made time for us by coming out after he had closed his shop at 7:30 pm and fixed our tire. We brought our RV to his shop the next morning on our way out of town and he rechecked all the tires and aired them properly. He and his staff couldnt have been nicer and a few weeks after we were back in Colorado we got a note card from him thanking us for our business and hoping that we had gotten home okay! You just dont see that caring and concern from many people anymore! Thank you for everything! We will definitely be using you again and again! PS. We made it home without any further problems! Thank you again! You were a pleasure to do business with! I will highly recommend you!

I was n Mesa AZ area when I filled my vehicle up with unleaded vs diesel (I know ... dumb!). I have an extreme RV so siphoning off 50 gallons was no easy task! Lucky for me it was n auxiliary tank vs the main tank. I called MANY places n town n they all said they could not get me in for an appt until 10 days. I called Big D n they said bring it on over now and well figure it out. And they did! They worked VERY hard to get this problem figured out on this unique vehicle!! Great attitude, great service (with a smile too) and a VERY reasonable rate! If I lived here, theyd be my 1st choice always!!!!! Id highly recommend you try Big D Trick & Auto Specialists! They are OUTSTANDING!

I just moved here and needed some attention for my old SUV. A coworker gave me Dans name and he was extremely accomodating in arranging a time to give my car a look-see. He took care of the immediate issues right away and let me know about some other issues that need attention as well. When there was follow-up needed on work that was already done, Dan took care of that right away with no additional costs. Im very happy with the service I received and will continue to utilize Big D for my future vehicle repairs. Thanks Dan!!!

I recently took my F-350 Super Duty diesel to Big D for service. I had never been there before, but was referred by my normal mechanic who could not handle the diesel. The service was prompt and the result excellent. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good job at reasonable prices. (No, I am not related to them, nor have any connection with them in any way. They just did great work.)

this people ripped me off!! i paid them 600$ for nothing. iam 24 year old with a learing disability andi worked hard for my money and they took advantage of me. they did unnecessary things to my car just to get cash . buts okay because i know god will get them back for what they did to me.

Honest, efficient and knows what hes doing. When I was disgruntled about finding a good honest repair shop my nephews told me to go see Dan. We all drive Jeeps and they said Dan knows Jeeps. They were right. Thanks Big D. Youre the best!
