I can list an enormous amount of them. From stating and marking that they are BBB accredited and they arent which is giving false information to the public, but in order to do so they need to pay a fee to do so, and they dont so they are committing fraud. Using false pretenses, and yes they do charge an enormous amount of money. They will break pieces of your car that werent broken, and this is your clue: if every time you found yourself to go back for something they fixed..... yeah that should never happen. Get a second opinion on their thought or what they think is wrong or want to change or said is bad, because I have found time and time again it was wrong, wrong, and guess what wrong again! Why did I go there? Was suggested and recommended! I will tell you If your car could be sold before.... it might not after. Some might get lucky just because they are friends or because they spend enough money there to be worth it I guess, possibly because they have a rental. Plus they grantee their work right? However they make you pay for every time they fix what they fixed the first time on your car but they gave you the part of a car they fixed previously and put it in yours, and didnt either fit or work right, so you will have to go back and do something else! Yeah! Then a bolt is missing so something cracked, and the cycle continues. You complain and they cant hear anything you complain about and still charge you despite the fact that you simply brought it back for the work THEY did! THAT IS BAD BUSINESS! FYI. I learned it $3,500 later. Not cool. Plus when I asked to look at my tires I didnt asked them to keep them. If I asked to check my transmission I didnt ask to get it flushed. Yeah! Less than 6 months later guess what? I had to go to a good reputable auto mechanic, and get that changed! As I was searching for one and checked with BBB I found there hasnt been only one mechanic repairing what W.C. Auto in AF did to their cars. I am not surprised either that on their page it states so many reviews with 5 stars, but only few review with one star when I had found at least 7. Wouldnt be surprised either that they would have erased other ones. But see what they did to my car is outrageous, or anyone else that has only one car. It ran really well before they touched it, and I could have sold it. NOW..... They owe me one. Beware to all that will ever borrow their cars, listen to them, yours will sound and feel just like them. Also I had to drive a chrysler while my honda was repaired, and I fear for my life. I had found sand bags in the back of the van, so I let them know as well as the brakes were a bit touchy, and they said: " oh the sand bags are there to help the van have some weight or you might crash." I didnt know what to think. What! I thought, arent they mechanics? Well there so much more and so much more, but that has being already reported to the BBB that they so stated to be ACCREDITED. You should do that. Pass it on. I Found out so much more about these guys that Honesty is way far from their work that they should rethink how they do business.

I am changing my rating from a 2 star to a 1 because of the response to my initial rating. I brought my truck to them with an overheating issue as a result of a oiece of radiator in the hose. This was not my fault but yours fir not looking for the simple things first. Whoever resoonded sure is not the "class" in your name. - Im not your average guy. Ive spent years appraising, buying, & selling vehicles. In the last 20 years Ive counted more than 25 vehicles between me and my wife. This vehicle is an 02 Toyota Seqouia. Great truck. Had an overheating problem due to the thermostat, I thought. Nope, simple replacement and then the radiator cracked. OK, another simple replacement. Then still overheating. Sent it here to check the water pump or for blockage in the system. I was told it was the water pump and I agreed to have it replaced along with the timing belt and pulleys as theyre already in there. Fine. Still had an overheating problem and was told it had a confirmed blown head gasket. I asked for the printout of the report. None was provided. I refused the $3900 head gasket charge and took it home the .3 miles. Had it towed to the local Lexus dealer. $123 later and almost 2 gallons of coolant added into the system as this place let me go without a full radiator I was on the road again. Drove it right to this shop, left it running in their parking lot, and left it with a copy of all the notes from the Lexus dealer so they could run another test on the head gasket. 15 minutes later i got a call that it was NOT the head gasket and I was asked how I wanted to have this resolved. 7 ppm was all, if you know head gaskets. Nowhere even close to an issue. They did make it right monetarily, but if that tech and shop foreman, whoever it was responsible for this is still there with a job, Id be surprised. And if so, Id never return. So 1 additional star over dismal for me spending way more than I should have, but the second because they made things right by me.

Over diagnosed, and highly overpriced – GET A SECOND OPINION!! Unfortunately I can’t trust World Class Auto Repair anymore. I had my truck towed there because my brakes were partially engaged while driving and they told me they could get to work on it the next day. Their diagnosis of the problem: replace my entire brake system for $5,000 which includes all 4 rotors and calipers, pads all around, brake lines, master cylinder, and ABS control unit. I was told all the rubber parts and hoses had swelled causing my brakes to engage and not release. They also told me my front rotors were grinding metal on metal and my rear rotors were close to being replaced too. I had no reason not to trust them as they’ve worked on my vehicles in the past. I recognized they weren’t the least expensive shop, but I was okay with it because I felt the service was good and I thought they were honest. However due to the overwhelmingly high price I chose to call other auto mechanics of which the highest quote was for $3,200 for the exact same parts and labor (I triple checked to be sure). I decided to go with Rogers Automotive who quoted me $1,600 even though they couldn’t work on it for about a week. I had Rogers replace the ball joints on my truck in the past and I was left thinking they seemed trustworthy and fairly priced. I had my truck towed there the next day. After Rogers diagnosed the problem in person, they told me I only needed a new master cylinder, new front pads and to flush my brake lines for a much lower $586! I asked them specifically if my rotors were bad and if they needed to be changed. They gave me an emphatic NO. Additionally Rogers told me the rubber parts and hoses had NOT swelled at all and did not need replacing. I can’t explain the divergence in diagnosis or cost, between the two shops, but this is a good reminder to get multiple quotes to have peace of mind that you are being treated fairly.
