Zero stars. Took our van in to check on our AC which was blowing off pressure. After paying $90 to recharge the system and $40 to change our cabin air filter (yes, $40) the problem remained. I regret not spending 5 minutes on google before taking our van to these guys. Turns out there is an AC compressor relay that goes out in Honda Odysseys. The part is less than $5. If the battery is dying and the AC compressor is blowing off extra pressure then it is not a $900 AC compressor problem. Its a five dollar part that takes 30 seconds to fix. Really hope enjoyed my $130 as it will be the last dollars I (or anyone else I know) EVER give them.

Needed to have a new battery installed after my car died in addition to getting an oil change. They ended up charging me much more than what I could have gotten at any of the places I normally take my car. Once I paid, they didnt give me an itemized receipt, so I had to request one. Even then, the "itemized receipt" I eventually did receive was woefully incomplete. It didnt list out the parts they charged me for, nor did it indicate how much labor costs were. Very unprofessional. I left feeling scammed. Ill never go back there, even though theyre only a half mile from where I live.

Charged me $400 to clean some parts run diagnostics and replace light bulbs! You heard me right. They didnt even tell me they were doing it. Double charged me for the diagnostic. When I tried to fight it they got rude and because Im younger didnt take me seriously. Dont ever go here. If Im mad enough to write this it should be a warning, I never do this. Plan on writing as many of these as I can plus maybe even taking them to small claims court. Honestly hope this deters you from this awful place.

Took our van into this shop when Greenwoods in American Fork was too busy (another great shop). Took them a couple of hours to diagnose the problem (didnt charge for the diagnosis since we had fix done there). The timing belt had to be changed because of poor workmanship when we had the belt replaced a few months ago. Charged about the same as Greenwoods would have (Greenwoods is known for their fair pricing). J and L did good work at a fair price.

BEST AUTO REPAIR EVER! J&L is the only auto repair shop I trust with my cars now. Ive taken several cars there and have always gotten the best work done on them. They are always on top of telling me exsactly whats wrong with my car and they get it done quick! They have the best customer service and the best guys working on your car in the back. So glad I chose to take my cars there :)

I have learned in life that if people have passion for what they do, it is wise to work with them. James was born to work on cars. And he is very good at it. He has treated me fairly. Not only do I trust him with my regular cars, he has also done a great job with my 1957 Thunderbird that you may have seen around his shop from time to time.
