I run over a huge pot hole a few weeks ago. My Audi was off alignment and pulling to the right. I took it to a couple shops and i got quoted a few hundred dollars for parts and labor. I took to Scott and turns out all I really needed was a alignment. $70 later my car was running straight as arrow. Great service, honest and efficient. He has earned my business.

Scott Jarrett, the owner, is very skilled and honest. Hell wont quote you work that you dont need and hell tell you how serious an issue is if he suggests a repair. Always checks with me and gives an estimate before starting work. Ive seen everything from 30 year old beaters to Porsches there. I would recommend cottonwood garage to anyone.

I had a pesky problem that could not be resolved by 2 other places. I told cottonwood over the phone about what the problem is and the guy there said he had a good idea of the problem, so i brought it in. I am very glad that I did as the car now runs perfect. Cottonwood had no problem diagnosing the problem in a short time.

I just got my heater core replaced for a wonderful price (pricey but not as expensive as other places). This owner and mechanic was soooo nice and so helpful and he knew exactly what he was talking about. He wont rip you off and tells you exactly what hes doing. Better than any other dealership!

This is a great honest shop with ethics and morals. I have never been charged for things the car didnt need or overcharged for repairs it did need. The service is always great and the work speaks for itself.

went in for a oil change and tighten up oil pan nut to tight and stripped threads on pan, now will need to replace oil pan, stay away from these jokers. ps worker needs to go to anger management.
