Do not put your trust Desert Heat Auto. We went to their Chandler location with our van and my mothers car. Both were in and out of the shop for over a month, and the problems were never fixed. My mothers car was returned to us in worse condition than when we took it in to them! We ultimately had to go to the dealerships and have them finally complete the repairs. Its not fun paying for the same thing twice! No one at Desert Heat Auto wont talk to us, give us any information, or offer any sort of refund. I hope no one else has to ever go through what we have.

I have never been to a better auto shop as Desert Heat Automotive. Kevin the mechanic took care of every little detail and the job was done great, there was no surprises like some of those other auto shops. Kevin was honest and gave detailed explanation of what was wrong with my car. I would recommend Desert Heat to all who want their car or truck worked on with honesty and precision. Great Job Desert Heat and Kevin.

Was nothing but a pleasant experience from the start. Called to schedule an appt for an oil change and even when I mentioned I had a cheap groupon deal the gentleman was still more than delightful.
