Burt Brothers deserves more than just a 5 star rating! These guys are amazing! I will never go anywhere else for my vehicles! Couple years ago I bought some tires from them for my truck, and ever sense only been taking it to them for tire rotations and oil changes! We recently bought a van and were going on a road trip I didnt feel comfortable driving as far as we did without new tires. I called several places only to just realize no other company cares about their customers like these guys and are the best priced for the best tires! Most places wanted us to leave the van with them for a day to do tires, that is hard with a family needing the car! Burt Brothers got the job done within 20 minutes! Also recently same issue with my truck except I needed an oil change and Safety and Emissions done to get my truck registered. I called a few other places and they again wanted me to leave my truck for a day! In my busy life that is impossible, again Burt Brothers took my truck in only having an hour to get it done. Again getting the job done within 20 minutes! I cant say enough good things about these guys, they really do treat everyone like they are family! Dont waste your time going anywhere else for anything for your vehicle! Thanks Burt Brothers!

I took my VW in to the Farmington location early Saturday morning for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. I supplied my own oil and filter and just wanted them to do the labor since my HOA does not allow community residents to work on their cars. I figured there was no chance for them to screw anything up since all they had to do was drain and fill. I watched them the whole time to make sure they used the oil I supplied instead of stashing it and putting in the cheap stuff. All went well until they go to drive my car off the lift and out of the work bay. As the car moves forward, one of the techs yells "Stop!" and then kneels down to move the arms of the jack that were still touching the rocker panels of the car. I guess the techs knew I was watching because they looked directly at me to see if I noticed what had happened. I kept my cool despite now having three dents on my car from the jacks that werent moved and no apology from the techs for their negligence. Nothing can be done to fix the dents. I just hope I dont have any rust issues as a result of any paint damage. Bottom line is, a business with no integrity or respect for my property will not be receiving my recommendation or my money.

Burt Brothers makes car trouble fun. They have really good skills in public relations. I always feel comfortable calling them and know that most often my needs can be addressed on the very day I call. When I go in, it is almost like walking into a car commercial because they are all lined up at the counter with big smiles waiting to welcome and serve . They have easy communication about describing car troubles. Most often things are done up quickly and correctly. If there is another question or issue after a service appointment they are quick to do a re-check with no charge. Their facility always feels clean and organized. As to my recent experience, I experienced all of the above. They did a thorough inspection with 23 items in it. When completed they worked really hard to give us every discount possible. It actually came out to be $93.00 less that the original quote, which is nice surprise. On top of all they did to accommodate us that day, when I got into my car to drive home, I noticed the interior of my car had been thoroughly vacuumed and maybe some more detailing as well. The car was nice and "tight " .As I drove home. I felt like I was driving a bran new car.

Most interesting experience at Burt Brothers. I initially went to BB less than a year ago with a nail in my tire. The tire was replaced with a new tire because the one with the nail was beyond repair. I tacked on insurance to my tires in case this happened again. Anyways, I go in for a checkup the other day and apparently had to get a whole new set of tires because the three old ones were cutting it close. Said the wear pattern showed a potential alignment issue. So yeah- it would have been nice if they caught this when I got the new tire- maybe that would have been a good time to check the alignment, you would think? Maybe it would have been best to recommend all new tires then if they looked bad, instead of putting a new tire on an all wheel drive Subaru? Im not sure. But four new tires later, they do check the alignment and find that its just fine. At this point Im confused as to what just happened, and kind of bummed that in essence I wasted a few hundred on a problem that could have been addressed when I came in with the nail in my tire months ago. On the bright side, its a comfortable place to wait for repairs and the front desk staff is rather friendly.

My experience with Burt Brothers in Farmington has unfortunately been a nightmare. I took in my stock rubicon to have a lift and tires put on to give it a better look. After recommending a 4 inch lift with new tires for about 4K, I was very displeased with the outcome because it looked the same with bigger tires. Their response was that it actually had a 2 inch lift on it before which wasnt true and thats why it didnt look very different. They said they would switch it but I would have to pay for the labor, which I agreed to but after having it for 6 weeks said they couldnt do it.Nothing frustrates me more than when people who dont follow through with what they said they would do. They continually told me they were looking into it and would call back and they never did. I went to them because I heard they were the most experienced and was willing to pay for it but was left very unhappy. I never once complained about the added cost but just wanted it done right. All of my communications were with Corey, who seemed knowledgable and nice but after payment lost interest and never followed through. So disappointing because I heard they were the best.

I have been using Burt Brothers for a while now. They are local and were convenient. They are not honest with their customers. Within two weeks they failed two of my vehicles for reasons I feel is invalid. They will argue they were but they are wrong, at most should have been advised. They told my wife that the brakes were metal on metal, I was really surprised because the car made no noises and ran perfect. I decided to inspect it myself. The brakes were definitely no where near metal on metal. They gave me an estimate of almost $500 to repair and I was able to go to Autozone for $50 and 30 minutes (literally the easiest brakes I have ever changed). I dont mind a business making money and operating for a profit but $50 cost (which was for ceramic and was the retail price they actually get them much cheaper). When approaching the store about it they just tried to defend their actions instead of just saying sorry we were wrong. I have taken all my cars there and unfortunately they have lost a customer. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them!
