Theyve had my car a week now. This is the 3rd visit to their shop for the same issue but thats about the average in my experience. Theyre friendly but borderline incompetent in my opinion. Till now Ive returned because the devil you know is better than the one you dont but this is the final straw. Short of it: Went in for alignment, they said the lower control arm bushing are shot an its only $25 more each to just replace the entire arm so I ok that. They also said the left front strut is blown and both need to be replaced, I ok that (both are probably valid based on age). I also have them replace the right half-shaft since the CV boot is leaking grease which I knew about but they could not see with new wheels installed. During check-in I also ask them to re-align the steering wheel as they knocked it off-center a while ago during an alignment and explain some other issues theyve caused the past. Chris and Paul say theyll be sure its all done 100% correctly. I pick the car up and take it on a test drive and at the end of it return to the shop to tell them "great job". As I drive away from the shop a suspension bolt falls out of the car. I return immediately and the tech re-installs the bolt, apparently with a nut he has lying around the shop since I could not locate that on the side of the road, just the bolt. This bolt is supposed to be replaced every time its removed per factory service manual and the one that fell out was obvioulsy re-used from the rounded head; so: tech fail. While driving away the car is pulling to the left and steering wheel is offset right, theres also now a vibration in the wheel. I go to Discount Tire to have the week old tires and wheels re-balanced and they say weights are dead on. The vibration is now almost completely gone (Networks tech must have installed a wheel incorrectly and a centering ring was not seated correctly). I raise the car and immediately notice theres play in the front left wheel (the one the bolt fell out of). Back to NA to have them re-check alignment and that the ball joint was installed correctly. They now say the upper strut mounts are failed, it will take 2 hours to replace them. They say theres no way to test them other than drive and see if they move. Thats a lie as they told me the play in the wheel was a result of the failed mounts. They cant even keep their story straight. I come back after the two hours and they tell me theres after market mounts installed and they were destroyed while removing them (They knew or should have known there were after market mounts as another tech/manager there a year or so ago mentioned it to me; he knew on sight as they were copper/gold colored while factory mounts are silver) and it will take a few days to get parts. They ordered the wrong or not enough parts and were still there... Today is one week in the shop and they still cant get their act together . Its like the keystone cops the way they cant see two steps ahead and everything is a shock to them. I need to find somewhere else to take my car because I cant keep dealing with the attitude of "well get it right eventually". And thats the reason for two stars: they do eventually get the work done properly but I have to double-check their work and/or return several times. Historical summary: •two tries to re-assemble my dashboard after replacing the evaporator coil. First time they completely demolished it; like a chimp had put it back together. No air from the vents and squeaks/rattles galore. They still havent ordered the replacements for the parts they broke as I was promised they would but Ive given up hope. •I think 5 or 6 tries to replace and properly install my front wheel bearings in about 1.5 years. They kept replacing them under the warranty but seriously, bearings should last 5-7 years at least not 4-6 months.

I took my girlfriends 2000 Lincoln LS To Network Alignment in Apache Jcn for an oil change special. It took them 3 1/2 hours while we waited. I made the appointment the day before and told them the Car,Model, and engine that was in the car. Their excuse was they did not have the proper oil filter and had to pick one up. NAPA is a couple doors down and Autozone about 1 block away. They checked everything they could while it was stuck on the hoist to get work. They suggested new Brakes. When they showed me I said no thanks they were only half worn. What they did not know was that I have done mechanics for over 45 years and used to work in a garage as well as doing mechanics on race cars. But being from out of town I did not have a place to work on the car here in AZ. When I drove away I smelled burning oil on the exhaust manifold. The next day I brought it back to have them check were the oil was coming from. They then proceeded to show me were the car had an Antifreeze leak, Air Conditioner leak and Power Steering leak. They suggested replacing the power Steering Rack and tracing the other leaks. They found an oil leak from the valve cover and wanted to replace the valve cover gaskets at a high price. It had always been religiously serviced by the Lincoln Dealer before I tried Network Alignment. It never smelled burning oil before Network touched it. I took it home and bought a few tools and tightened the valve cover which appeared to have been loosened. I also wiped the anti freeze line that was supposedly leaking and the power steering leak. All were ok. I also fixed the AC OIL leak which was at the gasket of the plate on the back of the AC Compressor and recharged the system. It looked to have been loosened and retightened. The AC was was cold and working fine. The car only has 65,000 miles on it and looks like the day it came out of the factory and also runs like that again. Being a mechanic and having worked in the garage I new all these tricks that some mechanics do to cause problems and get extra work but most innocent customers are not this knowledgeable. I would not recommend taking a car there for minor repairs or oil change. Pay the extra for a reputable and honest shop/mechanic. It is a lot cheaper in the long run.

I read the negative reviews and determined they were not honest ones. Shame on them! I read the reviews that had customers names on them in open and honest manner and was impressed by the frankness with which satisfied customers expressed their appreciation for the work done on their vehicles by Network Automotive Service Center, and decided to give them a try. I had just had a coolant loss diagnosed [!] and a new radiator fitted at a cost of more than $500,00 but the leak was worse the same day I drove the vehicle home from the shop. After a journey of less then three miles I had to add three gallons to the cooling system, and that dripped out at the rear of the vehicle, as it had been dong before I let the first shop attempt to fix it for me. They put in a new radiator for which I was charged $276.00, and it was not the radiator that was at fault but the rear heater core. I discovered more than a score of parts suppliers selling OEM radiators for my vehicle ranging from $64.00 to $120.00 for a part for which I was taken for a ride and made to pay $276.00. You can guess how I feel about that shop and its operator now! NESC pressure tested my cooling system and also performed compression tests on my 6 cylinders.to determine whether, due to the awful temperature raised when running in Summer with a failed cooling system, but that was sound. They discovered the cause of the leak. This leak was not a gentle drip. It was a full run-out of coolant aft5er a few minutes running. They fitted a new rear heater core, then retested the system using high pressure on the cooling system to try to find further leaks, but the job was perfect and the cost was quite reasonable considering the pre and post testing they did. Marty was my first contact. He is a gentleman, and explained the procedures they would follow to diagnose the cooling system problem, and they did exactly that. If future, it is Network Automotive Service Centre for me. It is a winner, hands down! Thank you, gentlemen.
