Shining example of how Used Car lots get their bad reputation. Bought a truck beginning of Sept 2016 and within TWO WEEKS, it was clear that something was very wrong. It would suddenly lose oil pressure, started shifting hard in low RPMs, smelled like burning diesel and failed to start until the 2nd or 3rd try. The truck went into their shop to fix the O-ring leak, we had it back for one day before it drove 500 feet and died. It has been unusable ever since (almost a month), sitting in their shop with shot injectors and a busted up transmission. The best part is that the injectors are the work of their OWN shop when they swapped the motor before selling it and installed bad injectors instead of good ones. They claimed to have swapped a couple of them but all of the injector vin numbers matched so thats not possible. The old mechanic said the transmission fluid was fine but it was blacker than black and dirty when the transmission pan was dropped. Yes, it was purchased "as is" (w/ a 3 month "50/50" warranty), however, an exception to this law is if a dealer knows there is a mechanical problem. Since the work was done in their own shop, they absolutely knew of the mechanical issues. Prior to purchase we told them the engine light and overdrive lights where on, which we were told was because of a shift kit. Well, folks, there is no shift kit in this truck. They provide a 50/50 warranty yet try to charge full retail cost (or more) on the parts to their customer when they are paying dealer rates. It doesnt state on their warranty that the customer will pay retail while the dealer will not and that the split will be 50/50 based on retail and not the actual cost to the dealer. Basically you pay the same as you would if you took it to a normal shop. They however get paid back almost fully for the parts and work. They told us we had “damaged goods” now. The HILARIOUS thing is that these “damaged goods” were because of their OWN shops work. "Damaged goods" that was purchased from THEM only 2 weeks prior to it breaking down. Also, they changed their story in that we could use the cost of the car straight across towards a purchase of another car on their lot and then said that since we have “damaged goods” now we’d need to pay extra and the full cost wouldn’t be applied. I wanted to trade it straight across for a Jeep they had on the lot that was a couple hundred more than the truck I purchased. At first they wouldn’t trade it straight across. Then they said they would for the jeep, but not offer the full price paid for the truck in exchange for another (running) truck. They cant keep their story straight. So now I am out thousands of dollars within 2 weeks of purchase and will have to pony up an at least an additional $3k to have a running vehicle. Buyers beware! Side note- the new mechanic seems like a stand up, knowledgeable guy as he pointed out all of the mistakes the prior one made and even called the owners out on their BS.

Ive been looking for the perfect (for me) FJ Cruiser for the past 2 years, and finally found exactly the right fit at Wolf Auto Group. The owner was more than fair negotiating the price and terms, and they also offer a reasonable service agreement which covers a significant percentage of the cost of any future maintenance needs, even on higher mileage vehicles. This was a major deciding factor for me--the owner is careful about selecting quality, well maintained used vehicles because of the investment their dealership makes to helping maintain them. Under the terms of their agreement a "lemon" could be a major burden to them. The owner also said he spends a lot of time looking for unique combinations on hard-to-find 4 wheel drive vehicles--that was certainly true in my case, because I wasnt going to make the investment unless it was exactly the color and condition Ive wanted for the past 2+ years. Wolf was the first local dealership to carry exactly what Id been looking for. The owner also volunteered to cover the cost to remove two tiny dents on the hood; I wouldnt even have noticed them, but he went to the trouble of pointing them out and committed to fix them without my asking. For me, this was an all-around good, hassle-free experience.

This isnt just a business review, but reassurance that good people still exist! I looked at numerous vehicles with numerous dealers. I stopped into Wolf on a Saturday afternoon and found a Jeep that I loved! After a test drive, I was still very much in love! Phil made me a great offer and with the understanding that I had already been pre-approved for financing, he allowed me to drive it off the lot. Had some issues with the financing on my end and Phil went above and beyond to help me keep the car that I loved! He definitely treated me as if I was one of his own children! No one else I would recommend my friends and family to go to for a new (used) car!!

Both Phil and Bob were great to deal with! Phil offered to let us take the vehicle we were interested for the weekend to make sure it was a good fit for our family. Most sales people only let you drive it down the road while they sit beside you and try to sell. Bob worked a great price with us on our purchase. He told us to go to lunch and drive our new car while he waiting on banks! After all was said and done some issues came up with the vehicle and Phil assured us he would take care of it and if the car continued to give us grief he would get us into a new one! Over the top customer service!!!

Worst experience with buying a truck. Bob lied about the door handle being broken and admitted to it when mechanic told on him. Had to wait two weeks to get the door handle fixed, he was supposed to find me a spare tire for the truck but never heard back from him about it. Had the auto relay pump go out after only having the truck for 3 hours. Bob knew i was accepted for the loan and still loaned out the truck and didnt drop price or fix new milage on paper work. Wolf auto is honestly over priced for the shape most of the cars are in, will never go back or recommend to anyone else.

Phil at Wolf Auto Group is amazing!! I HATE buying cars because Of ripoffs, haggling and so on. Phil was different. He took two trade ins from us, gave us a fair price on each and sold my husband a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 with a Cummins diesel and made him the happiest man alive. It was also a lightning fast transaction. Phil got everything ready for us and we came in to sign papers in under 10 minutes!! It was fabulous. If u r looking for a great car or truck and want a great experience, I highly recommend Wolf Auto Group in Belgrade.

Wolf is the best place around! They are timely in their responses, professional, and totally awesome. Buying a new car is nerve-wracking, but I am confident that I made the right choice going with wolf, they made it painless. I love my new truck and definitely going back if I ever want another vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone. Believe all their great reviews, they are true. Bob you rock!
