Worst gym ever created. If I had to Expain how terrible it was, I dont think it would fit. Soon As u walk In the door is free pizza and a barrel of candy. All the racks are assisted (squat/bench), I dont even know how to use those because thats the vjj way of how to do it and you cant learn your form properly. The dumbbells dont go up to the regular weight of how they should be. Cant wear tanks because you dont wanna "intimidate " the other people. Strict On dress code, they told this muscular guy, he cant wear a tank top. A grunt alarm goes off if you drop your weights or evem grunt. By them aiming to be non judeMental, its the most judgemental gym Ive ever been to. I went there today for the second time and regretted it so much. Just dont join it if youre serious about being in shape or getting muscle . Point blank, if its your only option of gyms then yes But ur better off driving further to a normal gym. They dont even deserve one star but thats not optional. If thats first gym youve Joined and think its the best place ever. Youre ignorant and need to explore other gyms. I was there for 20 mins and left because it was just ridiculous.

Ive never liked gyms because skinny, well built people blatantly sneer at me because Im far from trim and toned! But at Planet Fitness there are people just like me. There are trim and tone people there too but they dont sneer, they dont stare at me, and Ive not seen one person look at me and laugh. Not only is it a judgement free zone but there is such a variate of machines to workout on that you cant help but find something to enjoy. My first time there I was just going to do the 30 min workout but ended up there for 3 hrs as I also did the bicycle, hip abduction & hip adduction and what I call the twister machines, the ultra violet toning booth, & the the hydro massage! I now go at least 4 times a week. The people that work there are always nice and helpful! I will never go to another gym again because Planet Fitness is where I Belong!

I went in for a tour. The employee asked if Id been there before and I said "no, thats why Im here" to which he obviously took offense. Whispered something to his coworker then took me on the quickest tour in history. Like he was reading from a script. Vaguely insulted me the threw the flyers on the counter and instead of writing the information on the flyer he scribbled. Based on the tour alone, Id never darken the door again. However, its a convenient location. Ill go back when someone professional is there. But, I am very upset about it. After an accident a 1.5 ago I am not in good shape and to be treated as such was horrible. Someone in my position already has shaken confidence. Shame on Planet Fitness.

All reviews have bias. To visit a place and not do any research at all is not exactly the smartest thing to do. Most people understand that PF is not a Golds Gym. Sorry about your lost, but most businesses warn against parking lot thief especially gyms so that should not come as a surprise. Most businesses would not claim responsibility if something where to occur on the outside of the building. If you give rude comments expect them in return. Its called karma and sometimes it comes back immediately. PF is perfect for beginners and people who arent comfortable around meat heads such as myself. So lets not bash what we dont like. Lets promote what we love instead :)

Word to the wise... NEVER trust a club that demands a bank account to do auto-withdrawls from!! This place is fraudulent and DISGUSTING! The staff are very nice but PFs business practices are two faced and misleading. They claim to be judgement free, cancel anytime membership, but really, theyll nickel and dime you! Do your homework and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The machines are constantly broken and dirty! Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Learn from my mistakes!!

Cars broken into in the Parking Lot Daily! Mine had $900 damage lastnight and another member robbed of $500 cash... Gym Manager would not even come outside. Tucson Police told us they are there 10 times per month min. on theft calls. I asked to cancel my membership, They want me to pay ealy Termination fee??? Beware, you have a 5050 chance of being robbed. I tried to be civilalized in this matter. Total Disregard by Planet Fitnes

A disabled Vet I know attempted to close his account, they refused to close his account unless he came in person. He was unable to, so Planet Fitness continued to charge him for over 3 years! They refused to respond to his emails etc., just did not care! ALL Veterans should boycott this place. Think this is a fake story? I defy anyone to disprove this, Ill put anyone who wishes in contact with them!

Over all it has been a bad experience. They started out double billing me .....took 6 months to get my money back from them. Then due to health issues I couldnt attend the gym so I asked to put my agreement on hold.....had to get a Note from my Doctor to do that then was informed that it was only good for 2 months. On the other hand the staff was very good.

Yesenia, The manager at the new Planet Fitness (the Marketplace) is very rude, and seems to have no management training. Her customer service skills suck. Hopefully they send her to some kind of training soon. They have a great location that can attract lots of new clients, but they need to focus on good management.

Started going a couple months ago. Staff is very courteous and facility is clean. If you just want to get in shape and be healthy this is the gym for you. As they say, "Judgement Free Zone". No muscle bound egos walking around and no intimidating looks, good people, very relaxed and welcoming. Nothing negative to say!

I have been going for 4weeks now and I love it, its clean and very welcoming. They have someone who walks around around 10pm to clean the trash cans out or clean the equipment which is nice. The locker room for the females is nice clean and bright. I love it

I been going for about a year.. its clean nice staff but the gym it self is a 1 star. No stairmaster, no leg press just cardio machines.. Only reason i keep coming is because they have a $10 monthly fee.. i mean you do get what you pay for..

When your ready to cancel your contract or not continue your contract its difficult to do so ..You have to go in just to get it done which really doesnt work when you no longer live near the facilities

Very clean facilities, super friendly staff, and no weight caps. None of the horror stories are true here! Definitely go for the black card membership; its worth it.

Great location, love the 24 hours. Wish they had a few more machines and some extra free weights but then again, you really cant beat the price for the value.
