Gym who make you give access to your account are lining you up for a rip off. If youre silly enough to sign up with a gym that makes you give them access to an account. Be smart, open a second account before you sign up. When you want to quit, close that account. No insufficient funds fees because its closed. Dont be silly and close it before you quit because you can get in some trouble. But if you write a note telling them you quit. Put dates on it and everything. Make a copy for yourself. Then close that account the day you stop your gym membership. Close the account first then go in that day and close your membership. If you do it the other way around theyll take money from that account. If you dont have any money in there, you get stuck with overdraft fees. Also inform your bank youve quit and the gym has no more permission to any accounts. Most the time the bank will watch your back. Dont let these thieving gyms rip you off.

Im from Minnesota and belong to a Snap Fitness there. This one is on the average scale, but gets the job done. Doug - At ANY gym be it Snap, Anytime Fitness, Lifetime ect. They will require you to give some sore of a notice. Typically it is a 60 day Handwritten letter of termination. Snap has a pretty easy policy, and the reason behind giving a notice because it is on the automatic billing. Taking someone off of automatic billing has to take place a minimum of 5 days before the 1st of the month, so to get rid of confussion you have to give notice to allow the gym time to process your request. It is not in place to upset anyone. READ AGREEMENTS before you sign them, and dont get on automatic billing if you cant figure it out!

Terrible customer service.They continue to bill you after being told to cancel membership and then state that their policy requires 30 days written notice. Tried to work with them but the manager refused to be reasonable.

Love this gym,great lay out. Lots of equipment to choose from. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Its cool inside too, not a sauna like other gyms.
