I had Julia. She will make sure your hair looks good but if you bring in a picture you will need to seriously micro-manage her if it is a complicated one. She messed up the back. She didnt do a square cut off in the back like the picture and there is a harsh line between the cut and buzzed part rather than a smooth transition that seeps down in the back like the picture. She also did not have add enough texture. I tried to keep making her look at the pictures I brought which showed high resolution photos of the front and back and kept on telling her what I felt like she may miss but she ignored me for the most part. I love the hair cut but I will have to go back in a month to get it fixed to the proper haircut while being aggressive about her looking at the photos continuously while cutting my hair. I also feel like the salon must have a contract with Bed Head products as that seems as though the only hair products they sell and I dont feel like they have the best products for all hair types, so you may also want to go to a salon that has many other hair products to choose from to suit your hair best. I will still go back, I believe I just need to work with the salon more to feel satisfied.

I went into Toni & Guy for the 2nd time yesterday since moving to Tucson. As people can imagine, it is really traumatic trying to find a new salon for all my hair needs. I am Asian and have long dark hair. Claudia, the color specialist took care of my color. She listened very carefully to all my needs and went into full detail on how to do the red highlights for my hair. We talked about the different colors of red and how it would fade out. I took her advice and the color is exactly what I want. Hailey, is my new hair stylist and this is my 2nd time visiting her. She has incredible skill with her scissors and flat iron. She knows exactly how to achieve the long layers I want for my look. She took her time showing me how to curl my hair at home and what tricks worked well for her. I spend 2-3 hours there and the whole time, I had no less than 6 different people ask me if I needed anything and made me coffee exactly the way I like it. This place is a gem and I will be going there for a long time! :) :)

They are nice but I dk why I feel like both salons in town have just lost their touch. Told the lady what wanted came out ok. I just feel like their salon experience has gone down and they are still really pricey. They used to give light robes now they dont, water in glass instead of bottles. Dont take as much time for head massage and even for deep condition I remember it being for 10min at least and towel wrapped the girl barely did that and just put conditioner for only like 3min max. Maybe because I had a Groupon she felt like she could slack off with service a bit just felt like the whole service in general could have been better. They are nice and accommodating for sure but I just didnt feel amazing after like I used to. I just felt tiny but rushed and they werent that busy either. Most probably wouldnt go back unless I really needed to and would suggest other places for time, quality, and money.

Momo and Macy were amazing, if you have had colour problems before I can assure you that Momo is the one you can absolutely trust to have your hair turn out stunning. Both ladies were extremely friendly and nice and Macy is an amazing stylist!! Thank you again Ladies!!! I will fly out again just to have these two do my hair.
