I am updating my previous post. I was unsatisfied with my first cleaning. Michelle the manager was helpful and understanding. I appreciate that they sent a second team to clean my studio. I appreciate that a second team was sent to my studio, however the cleaning job is surface. The first cleaning, the team did not dust or move my rugs to mop so I removed my rugs prior to the second cleaning. I feel like for $70 an hour the cleaning should be more detailed--items removed off shelves to be dusted, vacuuming behind toilet, shaking rugs outside and removing them to mop, etc.

I hired The Maid Connection to clean my daughters 4 bedroom UA apartment the 4 girls had lived in for 2 years. The 2 workers were prompt, tidy in their uniforms, and EXCELLENT and THOROUGH in their work. It was a move-out cleaning with glass shower doors that had never been cleaned and a faulty fridge that required extra deep cleaning. I was most impressed that as they were leaving, one stopped to wipe every crystal of the chandelier that hung over the island, making every last thing sparkle. Highly recommend !

Recently had my home cleaned with The Maid Connection Service after renters moved out and left a mess. Best money ever spent. They managed to take hard water spots off windows and shower doors, get rid of burnt in stove top rings, wiped down all blinds and cabinets, got rid of gross sink and toilet deposits. In just a few hours, I had my pretty house back. Highly recommend this company.
