Was hired by my Home warranty company to repair a cracked pvc pipe in my pools cleaning system. The technician showed up told me he couldnt fix it until Monday because he didnt have the pieces but gave me some pvc and told me what to buy to fix it myself. He then told me I dont have to pay the service fee because he didnt/couldnt do anything to fix it. 2 months later I get a bill from my home warranty saying I owe 65 dollars for the service fee I explained to them what was said and they told me they would call the company and find out what happened. I didnt hear anything back from them until I received another letter saying if I didnt pay twit would go to a collection service. I called my home warranty again and told them everything and even talked to the manager who told me that they did call specialty cleaning services and was told by them that the technician tried to collect from me (100% false) and has been back several times to my house in Surprise to collect and I keep dodging him (another lie). In fact the technician even gave me some of the pool pvc cement that he uses saying its the best stuff made to fix it myself. I knew Home Warranties hire lowest bidders and even had this company over several other times for my pool but because they blatantly lied I will never allow my warranty to send them again. They have not returned my calls so I feel they are used to the bad practices they utilize. They will not get the money from me and neither will my warranty company

This company is so unprofessional, I cant believe it. My husband called yesterday to schedule a cleaning, they told us they would be here between 8-9 today (Wednesday), so we got up and moved all of our furniture so they could clean. At 9:15 they still werent here, so we called the company to find out why and they said we werent scheduled until tomorrow (Thursday). Funny, because they distinctly to him WEDNESDAY. After having my husband take off work to move the furniture and completely delaying our toddlers whole routine, their response was "well, were slammed, but we can TRY to get someone out today..." They didnt even apogize for wasting our day. Needless to say, we will not be using this company now or ever. WHAT A JOKE.

this has to be the worse company in terms of professionalism or should i say lack there of. We reside in a home in the Phoenix valley and the rental company uses them as their pool vendor. We have 2 King labs one silver and one chocolate. Upon moving and getting a routine going the pool guys let he dogs escape the first month we were there I had a conversation with them and asked that he ring the doorbell and not just enter the back yard. today the pool guy lets the dogs out for the third time. upon contacting the company and speaking with an Alex who was beyond rude and condescending i am hoping that the rental company changes its vendor

I live in an apartment complex and i walk to take out my trash and there is an employee driving one of these trucks parked next to a red curb so no parking.. Sitting next to his van with the side door open smoking a cigarette while emptying a good 100+ gallons of raunchy dirty water from the carpet he just cleaned. Literally less than five feet from the sidewalk. I was amazed as the water covered the width of the parking lot so i had no choice but to walk through the stream he had created. As i walked back from the trash he quickly got in his van and drove away as i was trying to look at the side of his van.

Horrible service. Our pool filter component cracked and emptied 1/2 our pool. The pool guy came to see what we needed and came again after 2 weeks to replace the cracked part. So one of connecting pieces was cracked as well in the break and he reconnected the new parts with the damaged and cracked connection! When I confronted him, he argued with me for quite a while. He told me he would not report the damaged part to our home warranty as it was not leaking. This job was incomplete. Such a disappointment that there are not very many honest service men out there.

Disrespectful. Scheduled an appointment for 5-6pm, because I wasnt off work until 4. Got a call from them at 1 saying they were there to clean, even after I told them I wouldnt be home. So they went to the front office of my apartment complex to get let in, which isnt what I wanted them to do. He came back after I got off work to collect payment and said the reason he came so early was because he "doesnt like doing it in the afternoons." I dont care if you "like" it or not, I made an appointment for after 5 for a reason. Not using them again.

Absolutely horrible company. Never shows when they are supposed to. Comes on random days and just going into the backyard without notifying anyone that they are here. They have let my dogs out numerous times. They are extremely unprofessional. I have been requesting the pool to be shocked since last summer. Still hasnt been done. Chemicals are never right. Horrible company. Cant even speak to them. Praying my landlord fires them! Tried to say they showed up today. Ha! I have been home all day and my side gate is locked. Nice try!

Had to use this company because of my home warranty and was extremely disappointed with the service. They were out numerous times to fix my heater and filter, filter still doesnt work right and the tech said my heater was in great shape and will work. Fast forward a month, new company came out and I am getting a brand new heater cause the old one is shot. Do not use this company!!!!

Scheduling is very unprofessional. When I got a hold of someone after being directed to a voicemail the man didnt have very much customer service and was pretty rude to be honest. I would only use their cleaning service if its free from my apartments. Sorry but honesty is policy.

The receptionist was very rude and lied 3 times to me that she forwarded my service request to her manager, Chris. I have waited 3 weeks for a service update. I would not recommend this company to anyone but unfortunately American Home shield uses them.

Appointment was set between 9 AM to 12 PM, so weve been waiting all morning and afternoon postponing our errands, but they didnt bother answering the phone, nor showing up on time. Ruined our whole schedule for today. Horrible!

Lady "Debbie" over the phone is rude and the scheduling is a joke. There time frames are not met. I thought it was just me but a few of my neighbors had the same problem.
