After 10 years in our home we decided it was time to upgrade. We asked Molly Maids to come in and do a top to bottom cleaning before we put it on the market. Molly Maids made our home look fabulous for the staggers and video crew. I was quoted a price for 4 hours and when the two team crew arrived at that time they were to be completed the team was professional enough to ask what we would like them to do continue or stop. With the amount of work performed in the home I was very pleased with the work. I received a call the next day to see if we were 100% satisfied However, when we noticed several small spots they had missed I was told the crew would return the next day... 100% satisfied We will use them again....

I dont know what the other people are talking about here in reviews, BUT this is a fabulous company! I scheduled my appt., and they were on-time, and very efficient. Accidentally left some change on the kitchen bar, and the cash was still there when I returned. Excellent about detail in cleaning. Definitely worth the money for what you get! I highly recommend them. Since I had to look the # up again to re-book them here, i felt I had to write a review since noticed others werent fair. I cant wait until they come again cuz it saves me so much time and energy that I just dont have.

I tried two other services in the past, but got tired of being stood up, cleaning only the middle of things and just in general not getting what I paid for. In spite of the bad reviews here, I tired them when school started and I needed the help. SO glad I did! I am getting what I thought I should have been getting all along. THANKS Molly Maid. Im sold, and oh yeah, they are extremley competitive in the price, try em!!!

We liked the two friendly Marias who arrived with smiles on their faces : ) They worked really hard (nonstop) for 4 hrs. I wished I had told them to take a break. Next time Ill remember (I was distracted with a baby). They dusted, swept, vacuumed thoroughly and the bathrooms were immaculate! Ahhhh, that was sooo nice! They left us with the house feeling & looking very clean. We wont hesitate to have them come again!

We never even got to the cleaning part. We attempted to call them several times and we would get disconnected or they wouldnt answer their phone at all. This is the northwest "office" we were trying to reach. If they cant answer potential customer phone calls, then they wouldnt care much about their service after you already paid them, I imagine. Try someone else....we did and it was a much better experience.

Awful! Dont waste your money. I used them for a "move out" cleaning for my apartment and for a "move in" for my house. I should have canceled the "move out" because they did an awful job at my new house, and I ended up having to clean afterwards anyways. So expensive for a horrible job. I will never use them again, and Ive been telling everyone to not even think about wasting their money on them.

Molly Maid left my apartment "squeaky clean"! The floors were cleaned so well that I almost slipped while walking across them in socks. Molly Maid of San Antonio takes a lot of hassle out of housework and frees up a lot of my time for the things that I enjoy doing on the weekends.

Ok overall. Not that impressed for an established cleaning company. While very friendly, Cleaners always seemed rushed with moving items around. Second time around missed a bathroom altogether however, were sent back by supervisor. Good job cleaning but again, room for improvement.

I like that the same pair often come. I like the "spokeswoman" of the pair (Im really embarrassed that I forget to ask her name.) If I have a little something different, I write a note and it is always done. Theyre efficient and competent, and I love coming home to a clean house!

Weve had them clean our apartment 3 times and each time it has been super fast and weve been very happy with the results. The price is not bad either. Id definitely recommend them. We like having them come by every other month since the job isnt very big and weve been very happy.

Service has been wonderful. Had them coming for a year or so. Last time the Ladies came, I was having surgery and I was able to come home to a nice clean house with clean sheets on the bed and everything! Love their services!
