Last week we had our home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority -Broomfield; owner Tony Stack. We believe that both my engagement ring and wedding band were stolen by his employees as well as my mascara and a pair of sunglasses randomly appeared on the top of our refrigerator that had previously been in my purse, in my closet. I confronted the employees, called Tony, and then called the police. A Broomfield police officer came out, interviewed the ladies and myself and we submitted a police report. The officer did not search the ladies and left saying he had no proof but would alert the pawn shops around our neighborhood. Tony, the owner, has totally blown us off, has not contacted his insurance company, offered to pay for anything, or uttered an apology of any kind. I find all of this to be despicable and in no way to run a business. I hope you will take this into consideration if you are currently employing The Cleaning Authority or know someone who is. I strongly encourage you to tell your friend and neighbors about this incident. Word of mouth is powerful.

The team has done a fantastic job of cleaning our house now for three years. They even offer extra touches and flourishes like folding bathroom towels in neat patterns or cleaning underneath my fridge. Ive found the crew to be friendly and nothing but honest. If Ive dropped an object behind a wall or on the floor, I will find it placed on the nearest desk, table, or counter - this includes things like money or even jewelry that Ive misplaced or lost. In the rare case that I have had an issue - if I feel like the crew missed a spot or I was accidentally billed twice, all I have to do is send Tony an email or call and he immediately fixes the issue or proposes a solution. Ive also found their pricing to be competitive and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a good friend or neighbor.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They do not get your house clean. I understand that sometimes things get missed... no big deal... but waaaay too many areas were always neglected. I filed a report with BBB and because of this the owner called and threatened me. I filed a police report in case anything happens they will know they had threatened me previously. After my horrible experience, I have heard so many other horror stories form them, I wish I would have researched. Very scary and horrible company. Stay far away!

TCA has been cleaning my home now for many years. I find them easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. I find they are always looking for ways to improve the service. I think the rates are very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for regular or a one time special service.

I switched to TCA after a friend recommended them and they have been cleaning my house for two years. The cleaning teams are professional and do a great job. They use great products that dont leave my house smelling like bleach.
