I have been using Maid Right on a weekly basis for many months. I had specific requests for my home that several other cleaning companies could not follow. Maid Right is still honoring my requests each week. I have peace of mind in knowing that the same cleaner(s) are at my home each week. They spend their time cleaning the areas that are really important to me, and really get behind furniture to clean right. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with at the office and in my home. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their home cleaned right just once or ongoing.

The customer service is amazing and the cleaning is spectacular. Having worked for many years with cleaning services, I can tell you that Maid Right of Austin is heads and shoulders above any other service used before. Not only are they great at regular cleaning, but when special circumstances arise Maid Right of Austin rises to meet the need. Rarely can I recommend a service of any kind as highly as this one.

I just had my first cleaning today and I dont think my house has ever been this clean. I have had the same crew coming to my house for about six years until they had to leave the business and I always thought they did a great job, but their work pales by comparison to Maid Right. I am totally impressed. Susana and Raquel were extremely friendly and professional. Great experience!

We had a tenant move out of a condo we use as a rental unit. They left it really dirty. Maid Right sent out a four person crew. They came in, found out what needed to be done and did it. Very professional. When they left, you would never have known the place had been left dirty. Its now ready to put on the market. Thank you Maid Right.

I wish I could give negative stars. I worked for the company directly under the owner/operator. Customers were degraded behind closed doors, accused of lying, and issues were never resolved in the customers favor. I dont stand behind how customers were treated and had to leave the company.
