I was quite impressed with Total Cleaning Services and the majority of their work. I appreciated that when I called to inquire about services, Raul was patient and gave me the opportunity to ask all of the questions I wanted to ensure that he could meet my house cleaning needs. Before coming to the house he gave me a detailed chart of all of the services that would be performed, as well as an exact total for the job. Raul and his employees were respectful and polite throughout their visit to my home. They got to work right away and listened to any instructions or concerns I had. My husband and I were especially impressed with their window cleaning, it looks like my windows are open they are so clean! If the need to hire them arose again we would definitely be calling Total Cleaning Services! Thank you for everything and God bless.

I had a pretty good experience - I had a total home cleaning including windows. Price was a bit high, but it was worth it. The staff are friendly and fairly detail oriented. They arrived slightly before scheduled, which was fine with me. As soon as they arrived they began immediately cleaning. Id trust them in my home without anyone home if I had them coming on a regular basis. Only negative experience I had was that I had asked to please pull out some of my movable furniture pieces to clean behind, and they were not finished by the final walk through. The issue was resolved quickly though.

Total Cleaning Services did an amazing job on my house. They were timely and Raul was very responsive and able to set up my cleaning right away. I will definitely be using their services again. EDIT: Communication has been horrible since the initial cleaning. I set up monthly cleanings yet still had to contact them and didnt get responses for days. Made me feel like I was bothering them with my business. When they did show up the cleaning was good but not worth the hassle of the lack of communication and not showing up when they stated they would.

I am extremely impressed by TCS! They are responsive, professional, prompt and very organized. I was very pleased with the cleaning and their attention to detail. Although they were there to clean my home, I asked if they would be able to add the washing/cleaning of my windows and without hesitation, they said yes! Just had our house cleaned today and are super happy with how it came out. Our carpet looks fantastic and they were able to get the marks off my walls from my kids. The kitchen appliances look like new again and it only took a couple hours to clean! 4bdrm house with 3 bathrooms! Cannot wait to use them again, highly recommended!!!
