Under no conditions should you use this service. There are several locations around Denver which all operate independently of each other, and they have very spotty communication between the different locations. I called to schedule a cleaning, and the woman I talked to explained that she had scheduled the appointment with another location. I also told her that because I no longer live at the property (this was for a move out cleaning), I needed the cleaners to give me a call a half an hour before they arrived, so I could be sure to be there. She said she made a note of this, and that not only would the cleaners be there on the day we discussed, but they would give me a call ahead of time. So, day of the cleaning, I get no call at any point. Finally, near the end of the window (12pm to 4pm) when I was to expect them, I called myself, to see if they were coming anytime soon. Initially I called the same number I had called before, and was told that there was no record of me in there system and I needed to call a different location. So I called the different location. The new person I talked to informed me that there was no record of me in their system, and that I needed to call a new location. Now a bit steamed, I called the next location. The next person I talked to was slightly more helpful, and said shed investigate and call me back. She did, to say that there was no record of me in their system, and that theyre booked solid until the middle of the next month, and there is no way they can fit me in. So now, with 2 days until I have to give up possession of my house, I have to clean it all myself. This company will no longer receive my business. Buyer beware.

Setting up appt and paying are easy... Unfortunately, The actual service was poor at best. Paid ~$250 for a team to perform a "move-out" cleaning of a 3b/3b townhome. Carpet cleaners were scheduled separately the day prior. Much of the kitchen was left in poor condition (kitchen/dining floors, stove top, around the stove and refrigerator, baseboards, window sills and staircase where hands frequently touch were all left uncleaned it appeared). Unfortunately, as this was a rental i was not aware of this until about 10 days later when the new renters moved in and complained to management of the dirty condition. When I spoke with MM they offered a $20 refund and offered to return to finish the job at a rate of 80/hour. Thus this review. I will not be using or recommending Molly Maids in the future.

**WARNING! All of the "5 star" ratings are obviously written by the same person: poor grammar, misspellings, and the use of exclamation points after every sentence ** We used Molly Maids when moving out of an apt. They sent two maids and a broom. Even though I provided a vacuum and cleaning supplies, they used a broom - even on the carpet!! and hot soapy water. They only managed to clean the stove, a bedroom and one bathroom in the two hours we hired. There was also a language barrier and I had to call the main office to translate for me. I was ill at the time but still ended up cleaning the apartment myself after they left. A complete waste of time and money.

I have been using Molly Maids services for more than 2 years, and I love the job they do. The staff is quick, but thorough, and very nice. I recommend them to everyone...as they are willing to work with your schedule and budget. :)
