Unprofessional. Poor service. Overpriced. I wasnt going to write a review - but three years after using First Class Housekeeping ONCE, they still send me e-mails to review them ( and yes, I did unsubscribe, twice). So here goes- I needed a house cleaning service quickly. First Class has the name, picked up the phone first, and was easy to talk to. They had decent reviews, too. Easy. The day the First Class maids were supposed to be there, they got lost and showed up three hours late. Two hispanic women driving a large, expensive Tahoe showed up. I find it hard to believe that with their extra low profile tire package, they didnt have have a GPS built into the center consul. When the appointment was setup over the phone, what needed to be done was gone over. I was estimated a little over $300. Pricey, but convenient. When the two women who could NOT speak more than a few words of English arrived late, they stared at me blankly and waited for my command. I was under the impression that they knew what to do (cleaning a small apartment). So after several minutes of hitting the language barrier, they called their boss. I talked to their boss, who translated to them, what to do. (cleaning) After much tardiness and frustration, they brought up the cheap dust-devil vacuum and several other cleaning supplies to start the work. It was finally happening. After the three hours (estimated $300), they came to me and said more time was needed. I doubted that, but I wanted it done right. I wanted to finish moving out. So another hour and a half that I had to pay for. Four and a half hours for a small 2Br 2ba. They finished. Finally. It looked decent, but nothing I couldnt have done solo in a few hours (that I didnt have). Several vertical blinds were broken from being wiped down, and about 1/3rd of the list of cleaning wasnt attempted. Severely disappointed, I set out to finish what I paid good money to have done. I finished what they didnt, and moved out. I did call, complain, and they bumped the final price down back to $300, the original quoted price without that extra hour and half. Unprofessional. Not good service. & Overpriced. About what I expect in Denvers sellers market economy. I will never recommend.

I used to love this maid service and would use them constantly for our short term rentals. But within the last few months they changed faculty and have been a nightmare. Dont show up on time, if at all, have mixed up dates and walked in on my guests, and the main reception lady is just rude! I told them they I need confirmation of the arrival of the maids, they couldnt do that. Today they told my the condo would be cleaned by 3, then moved it to 3:30 and then they didnt actually arrive until 5:30! After stating my frustration I received a message saying "Hi the housekeepers will be at your shorty. I am giving you a discount on todays cleaning for the inconvenience for the staff being late. This will be our final cleaning for your unit as we seem to not be able to accommodate your needs. We wish you the best of luck with your vacation rental. Have a wonderful day." They dont know how to run a business which simply entails scheduling and cleaning! Do not use them or you will end up disappointed especially if you have a strict schedule!

Ive been using several maid services for over the course of 3 years. I can honestly say wont use anyone but this company ever again. They are prompt, exceptionally respectful of belongings, and nothing ever comes up "missing" as Ive had that issue in the past with other house cleaning services. I loved them so much I had them clean my mothers home for the summer as she prepared to move out of state to keep up to tidiness with showings of her home. Anyone you call in the office is always so friendly and helpful. I love coming home to a clean house with chocolates on my bed, fresh linens, and flowers left for me to feel as if a friend came and left a gift to let me know they care. They feel like family to me and I am privileged to have them assist me with keeping my place clean. Thank you guys ever so much! Love, Teri

I have used First Class Housekeeping & Maid Service for several years now and even though I quit them twice and tried other cleaning services, I quickly realized just how good the various employees are at cleaning. Currently and for several months, I have had Maria and Lorena as my housekeepers and I couldnt be happier with the way they clean my house. In fact, I have also employed First Class .... specifically Maria & Lorena to clean my granddaughters apartment. So long as you inform the girls exactly what you want done, the job is excellent. I may tell them to forget my basement for this week or spend extra time in my kitchen. Overall, the two who clean my house and my granddaughters apartment are fantastic cleaners and I couldnt be happier.

The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I had to make a last minute (day before) appointment but they were totally able to accommodate me. The office was always able to answer my calls and I called many times because I didnt know how it all worked. The 2 ladies were friendly and worked hard! The cleaning itself was phenomenal. They were finished with my 780 sq feet in less than 3 hours, which is impressive considering all the cat hair and cat litter and how gross and dirty it was! I will rehire in a heartbeat!
