This cleaning service is one of the most expensive, yet most disappointing. They promise 100% satisfaction, IF you pay them additional money to fix basic cleaning incompetency. They will nickel and dime you for basic services, which other companies include without additional charges. It is $35 if you want pet hair vacuumed off your couches PER WEEK and $45 per week to use Swiffer dusters that YOU provide. They do not dust the tops of furniture properly (They use a feather duster and just push the dust around, if they even do that enough to cover an entire surface or dust at all. Furniture polish is extra). They do not now how to clean toilets correctly and mildew accumulated in our showers and toilets within a few weeks of their service when we were on a weekly plan. Between the mildew rings around the toilet water lines and the fact that they do not clean beneath the rims of toilets, we had to clean them ourselves when we were paying a lot of money. They did not refund us money or offer free cleanings to compensate us for EXTREMELY poor cleanings. Just like other customers, we received conflicting stories and excuses from different employees. Even several weeks after canceling their service, they still have not returned our house key. This company was so poor, we actually took pictures in between cleanings to document that they were not cleaning efficiently.

Very disappointing experience. They won "best of the springs" and had great marketing materials. I was really excited. However the cleaning was subpar to describe it nicely. The kind of job that you would expect from your teenager! They dusted but just around things, but you can see where they did and did not dust and not even the entire surface. The stove was cleaned but still had macaroni still on it. Food still on floor, glass not cleaned, really poor job for a premium price. We sent pictures took time to write all of the things the contract promised but were not done. Then when I called to complain, they said they would send a manager to look at it and we agreed to meet Monday at 3:30 , when I called a half hour after the time to meet, they said they didnt offer that and I must have misheard them.-Yes thats why I left work early, because I misheard (sarcasm). I did get a full refund after calling 4 times. They didnt seem at all interested in seeing the work done, I even offered to let them come inspect the house while we were out of town. Would advice you to try someone else, not a good experience.

Would never recommend these people I am contacting the BBB I was told I could cancel up to the day before my cleaning. I was called two days before my cleaning for a confirmation, I was so glad they called before the deadline to cancel since we had to leave for an out of town emergency, to only find out they sent an email that I never got, saying I had to cancel by 5:00 pm the day before. Why call to confirm after it is already too late and you are going to charge the customer anyway? Basically I was forced to pay for a service I never received. This is a scam. If they really truly wanted to get customers and keep them they would make sure to make the confirmation calls BEFORE it is too late cancel. My question is why call at all if you are going to charge me no matter what!!!! Also complete lack of care or compassion for customer that had an emergency out of town so having to leave for a funeral has cost me an extra $149.00 for nothing.

I had my first cleaning yesterday and am thrilled with the results. After 4 months of professional cleaning with another company I didnt think my house was THAT bad. They proved me wrong when they left my house completely transformed. Wonderful people who were friendly and warm with my children and smiling despite the mess they were trudging through! I am very excited to have regular service scheduled with this company. I would recommend this company. The quality of work completed in my home was astounding. My last company cost slightly less-- but I NEVER got my moneys worth. Though I am paying a little more for Maid to Shine (still very reasonable and competitive pricing based off the many calls I made) I no longer feel like Im throwing money down the drain. You will not regret inviting Maid to Shine into your home.

Ive had other house cleaners before and wasnt happy with the results. I had finally decided that my expectations were to high and I should continue to clean my own house, which is difficult as it is a 5,000sq foot house and I work 50+ hours a week outside the home. For my birthday my mother decided that she would purchase a cleaning from Maid to Shine for me as that was the company she uses and has been quite pleased. I arrived home shortly after they had finished up to a sparkling clean house! I even went around looking for my normal disappointments and couldnt find ANY! My mother said that after the initial team came in to clean a supervisor came into review their work to ensure it was up to the companies standards. Im definitely going to be a regular of theirs now and highly recommend their services.

Super job. I work full-time and always felt under the burden of choosing between enjoying some of my weekend and evenings, or keeping my home clean. Day-by-day, month-by-month, and yes even year-by-year things kept adding up that I couldnt keep clean. Crista and her crew are fabulous! They showed up on time, were extremely thorough, and were engaging with asking questions about how I wanted things cleaned and maintained. It was great! We started with a deluxe cleaning - though the price was a bit daunting, we received every bit of our moneys worth - 5 people for many hours went from top-to-bottom in every room! We are now doing bi-weekly and I am thrilled to have a clean home, people I can rely on, and some time to enjoy both my clean home and my family! Thanks Maid to Shine!

Would not recommend to anyone. Notification from this company on 2 Feb after they were scheduled to clean on 1 Feb and cancelled each day: Hello Mike, I feel so bad, especially since I know you had to plan around certain things for tomorrow! Unfortunately, my office manager just let me know that we are still closed tomorrow due to weather/driving conditions. Our policy is we shut down if district 11 does, and it’s still closed along with several other districts. Because of the consecutive snow days and the number of techs your cleaning requires, we are unable to reschedule your cleaning until the 17th (I’m not sure what your schedule for the home is but I’m guessing that’s too late? L. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

Because of a severe back injury years ago, I was forced to have my house cleaned by a cleaning company!! I was never satisfied and had to clean after them, I went through almost every cleaning company in the Springs with little satisfaction !! I saw an ad for Maid to Shine and got an appointment for my first time deluxe cleaning!!!!!! I have never seen my house so clean, I went around and looked for dust or dirt and was not able to do so.....I am so satisfied and so happy with their work and how professional they are that I now do the biweekly clean!!!!! A huge thank-you to all the staff!!! They really care about me and my house :-) Thank-you so much!!
