This cleaning service was terrible. We needed to have our house cleaned to sell. We were told they would clean window tracks(not done), lights(not done), I told them to leave after 5 house because I kept finding basic things not cleaned, like the oven we turned the self cleaner on the night before, the oven was never opened, ceiling fans not dusted, a TV not dusted, the tops of door frames not dusted, they wiped around a humidifier on a counter top, mopped around things on the kitchen floor. They used comet to clean the tub didnt rinse it out so there was a film all over the tub. I could go on but why. I would not recomend this service to anyone.

I have used Personal Touch Maid Services for many years. I hired them to help clean my parents condo once a month. Typically, two ladies came out for a couple of hours to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They were always efficient and extraordinarily friendly to my parents. It was always a highlight of my parents day when the cleaners came. Cheryl, the owner, is the best, and ensures only the best work for her. I cant thank Cheryl and her team enough for the years of service they provided to my parents.

I do not have experience with the services of the this business, but this morning I was in traffic when I couldnt help but notice a person in a car with this business advertised on the car laying on the horn and screaming out the window at people who were powerless to do anything about the traffic situation. It was ugly. Not a great way to advertise. I would not want this person in my home.

Ive used Personal Touch for 3 years now and cant be more pleased. The gals are always do a great job and my house has the clean smell for days. For any one who has had isssues, just talk to the owner, she is more than willing to work with you.
