Owner is Yelena and she is a horror to deal with. She quoted me 250 and tried to charge me 400. Had to haggle with Yelena on the price over the phone as she aggressively told me her unrelated story of immigration and told me about her family and how she does not play games, in addition to putting me down verbally because I was a "young" man. It was a nightmare and completely unprofessional. Dont call them. My communications with this business owner were appalling and her cleaners did not follow basic instructions to clean one room or not clean another. The cleaners refused to use a special grout cleaning solution that I gave them. They did not wipe walls as I requested. They did not use enough soap. The ladies they send scam you, talk on the phone during work, and are disrespectful. Yelena the owner should retire or go work at a fast food place because aint nobody got time for her BS here...

I was referred to Yelena by a neighbor who has been using them for a while. I am not sure why the other reviews are not more positive, but I have had nothing but excellent service delivered by Yelenas crew. The price I was given for my 3,900 sq.ft. home was fair, communication with Yelena is easy, the cleaning crew always arrives on time, and the house is spotless when they leave. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Denver Cleaning Group.

They stole from a mentally ill older man. Galena came to help clean and took $100 out of his wallet. She was the only one there. We called the owners and they wouldnt do anything about it.
