We have been extremely dissatisfied with the service we receive from Molly Maid, time and again. We were promised a consistent team who would get to know our home. The turnover has been astounding - we have rarely seen the same team twice. Beyond that, the quality is very poor and the price, very high. Despite calling and citing specific issues that needed to be tended to, the team missed all of those very areas again. And again. And again. Additionally, the team is consistently late, and shows up only to sit in their car and eat fast food for over 30 minutes before coming in, at which point they rush through the home and leave trash on the floor, spots on woodwork, mildew on toilets, beds half made and wastebaskets not emptied. We have been disappointed by cleaning services in the past but Molly Maids has been the worst by far.

I not only use Molly Maids here at the house I am Leasing but also use them at my Ranch in Phelan, California. I have used them for 3 years there and just started here. I have the same great service here as there. I just bought a house and soon as I move in I will call and use them again. I have almost always had the best service but if at any time I think the service should be better all I have to do is call and they will me back out and clean for free. I dont know who the other reviewers had because I really cant say anything negative. The girls are cheerful and always show up on time. I say if you want a clean house give them a try.

They charged me 90 an hour and the quality of work is poor. Molly maids sent two women to my apt only one of them was working. The other woman was pretty much bossing her around, and trying to sell me on more hours. I paid for 3 hours and they didnt mop the bathroom and kitchen floors. You will be better off paying a private cleaner for a day rate. Also I gave them a tip and watched one of the women pocket it and not share with the other worker. Very unfair and sad. I paid over 270 dollars and still had to clean up after them.

This was the WORST cleaning service I have ever had! They did a terrible job deep cleaning my new home before move in. There were sticky drips left everywhere on my cabinetry and countertops. They came out to re-clean and STILL did not get it all! I had to re-clean everything myself and even found blue marker left on cabinet doors. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are looking for a way over-priced lazy wipe down you could do yourself.

They charged for 3 hours, and only worked for 2. Also make sure you emphasize your appointment time, because theyll change it on you. Theyll make it seem like youre in the wrong. And to top it all off, there was dust on the fridge & microwave still. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else. Update: After talking with the office, they made it right. They refunded the extra hour, and had the girls come back to finish the job.

Moved out of a house and was happy to have molly maid come by and do the cleaning. Lisa was a very nice and professional. House looked great for move out inspection. U know people complain about price , I cant I was worth it to me not to break my back for a rental property. I would happily call up molly maid if needed again. Thanks
